projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic s\u2019ajusta al que estableixen els articles <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/portaljuridic.gencat.cat\/ca\/pjur_ocults\/pjur_resultats_fitxa\/?action=fitxa&amp;mode=single&amp;documentId=480169&amp;language=ca_ES#fragment-1181930\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10, 11, 12 i 16<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la Llei 12\/2009, del 10 de juliol, i l&#8217;article 5.1.e del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/portaljuridic.gencat.cat\/ca\/pjur_ocults\/pjur_resultats_fitxa\/?action=fitxa&amp;mode=single&amp;documentId=545262&amp;language=ca_ES\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decret 102\/2010<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de 3 d&#8217;agost, d&#8217;autonomia dels centres educatius.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El paper de la llengua catalana ha de ser l&#8217;eix vertebrador del nostre\u00a0 projecte educatiu pluriling\u00fce.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclou el tractament de les lleng\u00fces, tant les curriculars com les no curriculars, en els espais d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 formal i no formal del centre.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els aspectes d&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i de gesti\u00f3 que tenen repercussions ling\u00fc\u00edstiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenint en compte els objectius prioritaris del sistema educatiu, pel que fa a les q\u00fcestions ling\u00fc\u00edstiques, al nostre\u00a0 centre vetllem per tal que:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el catal\u00e0 sigui la\u00a0 llengua normalment emprada\u00a0 com a llengua vehicular i d&#8217;aprenentatge de l\u2019escola.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&#8217;alumnat, en finalitzar els ensenyaments obligatoris de prim\u00e0ria, tingui un domini competencial\u00a0 de les lleng\u00fces oficials catalana i castellana.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la documentaci\u00f3 que expedeix el centre s&#8217;ajusti al que determinen els articles <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/portaljuridic.gencat.cat\/ca\/pjur_ocults\/pjur_resultats_fitxa\/?documentId=480169&amp;action=fitxa#fragment-1181942\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">16.4 i 16.5 <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de la Llei d&#8217;educaci\u00f3;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&#8217;alumnat sigui competent, com a m\u00ednim, en una llengua estrangera\u00a0 i desenvolupi una compet\u00e8ncia pluriling\u00fce i intercultural que generi actituds positives i de respecte envers la diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica i cultural.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sigui efectiva la coordinaci\u00f3 entre el professorat amb l&#8217;objectiu que els alumnes desenvolupin la seva compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica de manera integrada i global, a trav\u00e9s de totes les \u00e0rees i mat\u00e8ries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic explicitem\u00a0 els usos ling\u00fc\u00edstics del centre, les decisions
