A m\u00e9s, les vitamines i antioxidants s\u00f3n indispensables per a protegir els constipats de l\u2019hivern i dels raigs del sol a l\u2019estiu, sense oblidar la hidrataci\u00f3 que ens aporta l\u2019aigua que contenen. Amb tants beneficis, a l\u2019estiu cal aprofitar tot el millor de la fruita.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comen\u00e7a el dia menjant fruita<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s freq\u00fcent que moltes persones no tinguin gana en despertar-se, m\u00e9s encara despr\u00e9s d\u2019una nit de calor i desvetllament. No obstant aix\u00f2, un bon rendiment f\u00edsic i intel\u00b7lectual dep\u00e8n en bona part que h\u00e0gim esmorzat b\u00e9, aix\u00ed que t\u2019aconsellem que en comen\u00e7ar el dia i t\u2019activis amb una saludable dosi de fruita de temporada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avui et proposem cinc idees perqu\u00e8 la fruita fresca formi part dels teus esmorzars:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Batut de fruites amb iogurt i llavors:<\/strong>\u00a0Tria la fruita que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi i tritura-la a la batedora, despr\u00e9s afegeix iogurt o quefir, barreja amb cura (no ha de quedar l\u00edquid) i afegeix les llavors al final. Si porta fruita dol\u00e7a i madura, com el pl\u00e0tan, no caldr\u00e0 afegir sucre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Un truc: Pots aprofitar les fruites que siguin m\u00e9s madures i s\u2019hagin de fer malb\u00e9 posant-les al congelador, aix\u00ed, obtindr\u00e0s un batut m\u00e9s refrescant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Sucs i liquats amb cereals:<\/strong>\u00a0S\u00f3n perfectes per obrir la gana. L\u2019ideal \u00e9s un suc natural acabat d\u2019espr\u00e9mer o un liquat de fruita que no tingui una polpa molt consistent. Acompanyem el suc o el liquat amb un bol de cereals integrals com la civada, llavors i fruits secs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Un truc: Per obtenir suficient quantitat de suc per a tota la fam\u00edlia, pelem la fruita i la batem juntament amb uns gla\u00e7ons de gel, una cullerada de sucre i una mica d\u2019aigua. Aix\u00ed creixer\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Maced\u00f2nia fresca per emportar:<\/strong>\u00a0Podem fer boletes de s\u00edndria o mel\u00f3, trossets de pera o poma, ra\u00efm fresc i panses, fulles de menta, etc. Per completar l\u2019esmorzar, ens emportem un entrep\u00e0 de pernil o formatge o b\u00e9 unes torrades d\u2019arr\u00f2s o blat de moro inflat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1185 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacionshe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Unplash_Cinco-desayunos-300x278.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fundacionshe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Unplash_Cinco-desayunos-300x278.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fundacionshe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Unplash_Cinco-desayunos-768x711.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fundacionshe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Unplash_Cinco-desayunos-1024x948.jpg 1024w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"278\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un truc: Per mantenir la fruita fresca i en perfectes condicions la podem guardar en un recipient petit, que fiquem dins d\u2019un altre m\u00e9s gran amb gel. Aneu amb compte en obrir-lo!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Broquetes de fruites amb sorpresa<\/strong>. Aquesta una excel\u00b7lent opci\u00f3 per al cap de setmana. Cal pelar i treure les llavors i despr\u00e9s trossejar la fruita en trossos regulars. Als petits de la casa els encanta enfilar la fruita a les broquetes. Completem l\u2019esmorzar amb un got de llet o iogurt i unes torrades.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Un truc: La broqueta quedar\u00e0 encara m\u00e9s irresistible si l\u2019empolvorem amb llavors de rosella o xia, o b\u00e9 si ratllem una mica de xocolata negra i coco sec.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Entrep\u00e0 de fruites i lacti<\/strong>: La combinaci\u00f3 de pa amb fruita i formatge resulta deliciosa i molt completa. Un exemple salat: torrada de pa d\u2019espelta untada amb alvocat, tom\u00e0quet madur, oli d\u2019oliva i encenalls de formatge parmes\u00e0.
