La nostra l\u00ednia pedag\u00f2gica es basa en tres pilars: <strong>l&#8217;acompanyament emocional, el rigor en l&#8217;aprenentatge i la innovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfd7\ufe0f<\/strong><strong> Una estructura pensada per a l&#8217;estabilitat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creiem en la import\u00e0ncia de crear vincles forts. Per aix\u00f2, la nostra organitzaci\u00f3 facilita la seguretat de l&#8217;infant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grups estables:<\/strong> L&#8217;alumnat mant\u00e9 el seu grup de companys durant tota l&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3, afavorint la cohesi\u00f3 i les relacions de confian\u00e7a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Equitat des de l&#8217;inici:<\/strong> Dissenyem els grups d&#8217;I3 amb un estudi minuci\u00f3s per garantir l&#8217;equilibri i l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a totes les necessitats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf93<\/strong><strong> Moments clau: Els ponts cap a l&#8217;\u00e8xit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabem que les transicions s\u00f3n importants. Per aix\u00f2, apliquem estrat\u00e8gies espec\u00edfiques en els moments de canvi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. El pas d&#8217;Infantil a Prim\u00e0ria (Projecte de continu\u00eftat)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per garantir que la lectoescriptura es consolidi sense ruptures, <strong>les mestres d&#8217;I5 passen a 1r amb el seu grup<\/strong>. Aquesta continu\u00eftat permet que els nens i nenes se sentin segurs amb referents que ja coneixen mentre s&#8217;endinsen en el m\u00f3n de la lectura amb el m\u00e8tode <strong>ILEC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. El pas a l&#8217;Institut (Experts en 6\u00e8)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sis\u00e8 \u00e9s el curs on preparem l&#8217;autonomia i les t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;estudi. Per aix\u00f2, comptem amb un <strong>equip de mestres especialitzats en 6\u00e8<\/strong> que dominen les eines necess\u00e0ries perqu\u00e8 el salt a l&#8217;ESO sigui un \u00e8xit total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udcbb<\/strong><strong> Innovaci\u00f3 i Futur: Som escola STEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;aprenentatge a l&#8217;escola \u00e9s actiu i tecnol\u00f2gic.
