{"id":354,"date":"2016-02-01T12:03:34","date_gmt":"2016-02-01T11:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolaelcorb\/?page_id=354"},"modified":"2016-02-19T09:41:50","modified_gmt":"2016-02-19T08:41:50","slug":"treball-cooperatiu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolaelcorb\/projecte-educatiu\/treball-cooperatiu\/","title":{"rendered":"Treball cooperatiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;L&#8217;escola i l&#8217;aula inclusiva \u00e9s un fet imprescindible per configurar una societat sense exclusions&#8221; \u00a0&#8211;<em>Pere Pujol\u00e0s<\/em>&#8211; 9 idees claus sobre l&#8217;aprenentatge cooperatiu-<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;escola El Corb es va fer una formaci\u00f3 de centre el curs 2014-2015 basat en la metodologia d&#8217;aprenentatge cooperatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta formaci\u00f3 ens va permetre saber m\u00e9s sobre la metodologia i aplicar direfents estructures d&#8217;aprenentatge cooperatiu repartides en cicles.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes estrat\u00e8gies queden reflectides a la seg\u00fcent taula:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td>CICLE INFANTIL<\/td>\n<td>CICLE INICIAL<\/td>\n<td>CICLE MITJ\u00c0<\/td>\n<td>CICLE SUPERIOR<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>T\u00c8CNIQUES +DIN\u00c0MICA<\/td>\n<td><strong>P3: Full Giratori:<\/strong> De cara al curs vinent es far\u00e0 per l&#8217;activitat pr\u00e8via d'&#8221;aquest s\u00f3c jo&#8221;.Aquest curs es comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a practicar aquesta estrat\u00e8gia en la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;un trenca-closques \u00a0o una construcci\u00f3 com\u00fa del grup.<strong>P4: Full Giratori:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>P5: Full Giratori i 1, 2 i 4<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>1r: Resoluci\u00f3 de Problemes (2, 4)<\/strong> grups heterogenis de 4 nens amb dossiers de problemes fets per les mestres.<strong>2n: Resoluci\u00f3 de Problemes (2,4) i lectura compartida<\/strong> a l&#8217;hora de catal\u00e0 que treballem la comprensi\u00f3 lectora amb el llibre de Comprensi\u00f3 Lectora. Destreses B\u00e0siques (Ed. Cru\u00eflla)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Despr\u00e9s de valorar els resultats de resoluci\u00f3 de problemes amb grup cooperatiu, es creu convenient que es dugui a terme en els desdoblaments igual que la comprensi\u00f3 lectora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td><strong>Estrat\u00e8gia 1-2-4.<\/strong> Per dur a terme a la pr\u00e0ctica de Resoluci\u00f3 de problemes tant a 3r com a 4t.\u00a0 A tercer la resoluci\u00f3\u00a0de problemes \u00a0es fa tota la classe en conjunt, per tant a l&#8217;hora de dur-la a terme ser\u00e0 senzill. Pel que respecta a 4t, la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes es duu a terme dintre dels grups flexibles i l&#8217;aplicarem igualment.<strong>Full giratori.<\/strong> Sobretot per dur a terme a l&#8217;\u00e0rea de Coneixement del Medi. En petits grups de quatre persones o en parelles, s&#8217;assignaran les corresponents tasques als alumnes.<\/td>\n<td><strong>\u00a0T\u00e8cnica 1-2-4<\/strong>. Aquesta pr\u00e0ctica la podem aplicar a una varietat de mat\u00e8ries per\u00f2 on la trobem m\u00e9s adient \u00e9s en el bloc de <strong>resoluci\u00f3 de problemes.<\/strong><strong>Lectura compartida<\/strong>. Podem aprofitar, per exemple, l&#8217;assignatura de coneixement del medi, textos competencials, enunciats dels problemes &#8230; \u00c9s important, sobretot al principi, que el contingut sobre el que s&#8217;aplica sigui proper i\/o conegut per als alumnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Llapis al mig de la taula.<\/strong> Aquesta t\u00e8cnica es podria aplicar a l&#8217;\u00e0rea visual i pl\u00e0stica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Puzzle<\/strong>. Aquesta din\u00e0mica es podria comen\u00e7ar aplicant a l&#8217;\u00e0rea de coneixement del medi. Comen\u00e7ar per un contingut treballat pr\u00e8viament perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta t\u00e8cnica cooperativa sigui molt m\u00e9s senzill.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>9\u00a0IDEES CLAU SOBRE L&#8217;APRENENTATGE COOPERATIU<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L&#8217;escola que t\u00e9 orientaci\u00f3 inclusiva \u00e9s m\u00e9s efica\u00e7 per combatir la discriminaci\u00f3 i trobar una educaci\u00f3 per tots.<\/li>\n<li>La heterogene\u00eftat \u00e9s quelcom inherent al ser hum\u00e0, voler reduir-la o anul\u00b7lar-la \u00e9s in\u00fatil. Cal buscar la millor forma de gestionar-la.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;aprenentatge cooperatiu no \u00e9s un recurs que es pot utilitzar o no, forma part de l&#8217;estructura fonamental de l&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>Per treballar en equip cal ajuda per part dels alumnes i cal un clima favorable i cohesi\u00f3 de grup.<\/li>\n<li>No \u00e9s treball en grup, \u00e9s una estructura cooperativa que asegura la interacci\u00f3 entre els alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Treballar en grup, en equip no com a recurs per ensenyar, sin\u00f3 com a contingut escolar que caldria aprendre.<\/li>\n<li>Amb el treball cooperatiu s&#8217;aprenen m\u00e9s coses de les que preteniem inicialment: es desenvolupa la compet\u00e8ncia social i ciutadana, la compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa.<\/li>\n<li>Cal que el temps invertit en l&#8217;aprenentatge cooperatiu sigui de qualitat i que hi hagi un equilibri entre el &#8220;silenci&#8221; i el &#8220;xivarri&#8221; que es genera amb aquesta metodologia.<\/li>\n<li>Comporta problemes i dificultats, per\u00f2 \u00e9s el marc ideal per aprendre a dialogar.
