{"id":352,"date":"2016-02-01T12:03:06","date_gmt":"2016-02-01T11:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolaelcorb\/?page_id=352"},"modified":"2026-01-26T13:45:27","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T12:45:27","slug":"escola-formadora","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolaelcorb\/lescola\/escola-formadora\/","title":{"rendered":"Escola formadora"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;escola El Corb \u00e9s un centre formador, \u00e9s a dir, els futurs mestres poden fer les seves pr\u00e0ctiques a la nostra escola.<\/p>\n<p>El pr\u00e0cticum del t\u00edtol de Grau de Mestre d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria \u00e9s una mat\u00e8ria que t\u00e9 assignats 45 cr\u00e8dits (d&#8217;un total de 240) i est\u00e0 estructurat en 3 assignatures.<\/p>\n<p>El pr\u00e0cticum t\u00e9 un pes for\u00e7a significatiu des del vessant quantitatiu, per\u00f2 des del vessant qualitatiu, podem considerar que \u00e9s la columna vertebral de la dimensi\u00f3 professionalitzadora del pla d&#8217;estudis. El per\u00edode de pr\u00e0ctiques \u00e9s un per\u00edode formatiu que permet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relacionar l&#8217;enfocament acad\u00e8mic i la pr\u00e0ctica professional a partir de la immersi\u00f3 en els centres educatius i el coneixement de la realitat escolar.<\/li>\n<li>La integraci\u00f3 dels coneixements te\u00f2rico-pr\u00e0ctics en els contextos reals i l&#8217;assoliment de criteris propis com a futurs docents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El car\u00e0cter professionalitzador de la formaci\u00f3 de mestres aconsella que sigui tota la comunitat educativa qui participi, directament o indirecta, en la formaci\u00f3 inicial dels\/de les futurs\/res mestres. En aquest sentit, subratllem la import\u00e0ncia de participar en la formaci\u00f3 inicial del professorat com una decisi\u00f3 de projecte de centre, ja que aporta sostenibilitat i coher\u00e8ncia global als aprenentatges del nou professorat.<\/p>\n<p>En els per\u00edodes en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;alumnat ha d&#8217;assistir al centre educatiu,\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">l&#8217;equip directiu i la coordinaci\u00f3 de pr\u00e0ctiques del centre li ha d&#8217;assignar un\/a o diversos\/es tutors\/es.<\/span> Aquests\/es tutors\/es tenen un paper cabdal en la formaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat i compaginen una doble funci\u00f3: la de mestre\/a i la de tutor\/a de pr\u00e0ctiques. A grans trets, han d&#8217;acollir, acompanyar, orientar, formar i coavaluar l&#8217;alumnat en pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/p>\n<p>De forma m\u00e9s concreta, les funcions del mestre-tutor i de la coordinaci\u00f3 de pr\u00e0ctiques de centre, entre d&#8217;altres, s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Orientar l&#8217;alumnat universitari en la seva integraci\u00f3 en el centre i afavorir el seu aprenentatge en el treball en equip.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir la seva integraci\u00f3 en el grup-classe, tot propiciant la confian\u00e7a i la participaci\u00f3 en les activitats d&#8217;aula.<\/li>\n<li>Proporcionar-li suport i orientaci\u00f3 en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;observaci\u00f3, recollida d&#8217;informaci\u00f3, an\u00e0lisi i reflexi\u00f3 de la realitat educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Debatre i analitzar la planificaci\u00f3 i actuaci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pies i integrar, si escau, les aportacions i innovacions suggerides per l&#8217;estudiant i el\/a professor\/a de la Facultat.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en els possibles projectes de recerca i innovaci\u00f3 que l&#8217;acord entre tots dos centres pogu\u00e9s promoure.<\/li>\n<li>Participar, conjuntament amb el mestre-coordinador, el professor i el practicant, en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumne en pr\u00e0ctiques i en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cerca de qualitat en tot el proc\u00e9s de pr\u00e0ctiques i l&#8217;assoliment dels objectius de l&#8217;assignatura exigeix que hi hagi una coordinaci\u00f3 estable entre els\/les tutors\/es i els\/les coordinadors\/es de les pr\u00e0ctiques del centre i els\/les professors\/es de la Facultat d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3. Durant els per\u00edodes de pr\u00e0ctiques, el professorat de la Facultat mantindr\u00e0 diverses reunions presencials amb els\/les tutors\/es i responsables de l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<p>Des de l&#8217;objectiu professionalitzador d&#8217;aquesta mat\u00e8ria, els seus continguts s&#8217;han seq\u00fcenciat en diversos per\u00edodes, durant els quals l&#8217;alumnat ha de comptabilitzar la formaci\u00f3 presencial en el centre educatiu amb la formaci\u00f3 a la Facultat. Aix\u00ed, el curr\u00edculum del Pr\u00e0cticum del Grau de Mestre d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria s&#8217;ha organitzat en tres per\u00edodes aut\u00f2noms, per\u00f2 totalment integrats i seq\u00fcenciats curricularment en el proc\u00e9s de construcci\u00f3 de les compet\u00e8ncies professionals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e0ctiques 1: 6 cr\u00e8dits (segon curs\/primer semestre)<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e0ctiques 2: 30 cr\u00e8dits (tercer curs\/segon semestre)<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e0ctiques 3: 9 cr\u00e8dits (quart curs\/segon semestre)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;escola El Corb t\u00e9 un conveni de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la Universitat de Barcelona (UB) per poder disposar d&#8217;alumnes en pr\u00e0ctiques al centre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;escola El Corb \u00e9s un centre formador, \u00e9s a dir, els futurs mestres poden fer les seves pr\u00e0ctiques a la nostra escola.
