Per aquest motiu, des de l&#8217;escola i de l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica s&#8217;intenta incentivar l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic proposant moltes activitats i exercicis diferents, que tothom i totdon pugui trobar el seu espai de gaudi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquest primer trimestre del curs 2022-23,Cicle Superior, hem comen\u00e7at la iniciaci\u00f3 esportiva d&#8217;atletisme a 5\u00e8 i d&#8217;hoquei a 6\u00e8.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els i les alumnes han pogut fer un petit tastet de l&#8217;esport, manipular el material, compartir moments divertits i agradables amb la resta de companys\/es i millorar les mateixes habilitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&#8217;ho han passat d&#8217;all\u00f2 m\u00e9s b\u00e9 i esperem que la propera iniciaci\u00f3 esportiva vagi encara millor.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica durant l&#8217;etapa escolar \u00e9s molt important, ja que es tracta de crear un h\u00e0bit saludable que ha d&#8217;estar present a la vida de tots i de totes.
