{"id":3867,"date":"2016-10-01T19:45:24","date_gmt":"2016-10-01T17:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escoladelparc\/?p=3867"},"modified":"2016-10-01T19:45:38","modified_gmt":"2016-10-01T17:45:38","slug":"escola-nova-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escoladelparc\/general\/escola-nova-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Escola nova 21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Escola del Parc participar\u00e0 conjuntament amb altres 480 escoles i instituts de Catalunya, en el projecte Escola Nova 21.<\/p>\n<p>El Claustre de mestres de la nostra escola va aprovar el passat mes de juny la proposta d&#8217;adhesi\u00f3 al programa <strong>Projecte Escola Nova 21<\/strong>, i el passat 27 de setembre ens van comunicar que \u00e9rem un dels centres que en formar\u00edem part.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa est\u00e0\u00a0impulsada pel Centre UNESCO de Catalunya, la Fundaci\u00f3 Jaume Bofill, la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, el programa EduCaixa de l&#8217;Obra Social &#8220;la Caixa&#8221; i la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte t\u00e9 una durada de 3 anys i el seu prop\u00f2sit \u00e9s promoure l\u2019aprenentatge entre iguals, el treball en equip i el suport extern (formaci\u00f3 intensiva i acompanyament) que pugui oferir el programa per consolidar el <strong>marc d\u2019escola avan\u00e7ada<\/strong>. Es crearan diverses xarxes de treball (aproximadament 10 escoles del programa per xarxa).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019aprenentatge en una escola avan\u00e7ada \u00e9s ent\u00e8s com un proc\u00e9s personalitzat i inclusiu, i es fonamenta en el coneixement acumulat sobre com les persones aprenen.<\/p>\n<p>De forma sint\u00e8tica podem enumerar set principis sobre l\u2019aprenentatge que regulen les pr\u00e0ctiques educatives avan\u00e7ades:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u2019alumnat ha de ser el centre de l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019aprenentatge \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s de naturalesa social.<\/li>\n<li>Les emocions s\u00f3n part integral de l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019aprenentatge ha de tenir en compte les difer\u00e8ncies individuals.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019esfor\u00e7 amb sentit \u00e9s clau per a l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 continuada afavoreix l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre \u00e9s construir connexions horitzontals entre \u00e0rees de coneixement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El paper del docent no ha de ser el d\u2019expert en la transmissi\u00f3 de coneixements sin\u00f3 el d\u2019estrateg en l\u2019\u00fas del coneixement per educar i desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, a mesura que anirem avan\u00e7ant en el programa &#8230; anirem fent canvis.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Curr\u00edculum, metodologies, avaluaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Rols de l\u2019alumnat i dels docents.<\/li>\n<li>Estructura organitzativa del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Espais i equipaments del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El repte ens il\u00b7lusiona i comptem amb la vostra col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 aportant-nos idees.<\/p>\n<p>Constru\u00efm l&#8217;escola entre tots i totes per fer-la m\u00e9s nostra!<\/p>\n<p>Us informarem sobre les innovacions que es puguin anar implantant i les l\u00ednies de treball que encetem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Escola del Parc participar\u00e0 conjuntament amb altres 480 escoles i instituts de Catalunya, en el projecte Escola Nova 21.
