Tamb\u00e9 vam posar en com\u00fa estrat\u00e8gies per fer front als conflictes. Un exemple comentat va ser que un nen va anar amb una disfressa de princesa al carnaval, i com es va treballar aquest tema per part de les altres fam\u00edlies. Nom\u00e9s es fa en aquest centre i \u00e9s a c\u00e0rrec de l&#8217;AMPA, per completar el projecte que s&#8217;ofereix des de l&#8217;Ajuntament.<\/p>\n<p>El professorat va expressar les dificultats que a vegades tenen de treballar continguts de caire emocional per la sobrec\u00e0rrega del curr\u00edculum acad\u00e8mic. En aquesta i la resta de sessions hi havia representaci\u00f3 de la diversitat cultural present a l&#8217;Escola. \u00c9s molt interessant les seves aportacions i la motivaci\u00f3 expressada. Molt il\u00b7lustratiu va ser el comentari d&#8217;una d&#8217;elles que va dir que el seu fill no volia anar a l&#8217;escola per comentaris de caire islam\u00f2fob. Davant aquesta afirmaci\u00f3 hi va haver molta curiositat per part del professorat i altres fam\u00edlies. De forma amable van expressar la seva sorpresa davant d&#8217;aquests fets, ja que \u00e9s una escola amb molta tradici\u00f3 de diversitat cultural on les diverses comunitats han estat acollides. Algunes mares van expressar que \u00e9s responsabilitat de cada fam\u00edlia enfortir els infants per tal que siguin impermeables a aquest tipus de comentaris. Una de les talleristes (de les tres presents) va dir que hi havia alg\u00fa que s&#8217;estava manifestant des de &#8220;la seva veritat&#8221; i per tant calia escoltar i mostrar respecte. Com a conclusi\u00f3 una de les talleristes va apuntar que quan hi ha algun infant que s&#8217;ho passa malament no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s problema d&#8217;aquest i de la fam\u00edlia, sin\u00f3 de tota la comunitat educadora.
