{"id":15290,"date":"2026-01-28T18:56:23","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T17:56:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escoladelparc\/?page_id=15290"},"modified":"2026-01-30T10:12:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T09:12:07","slug":"escola-inclusiva","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escoladelparc\/josocparcteam\/escola-inclusiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Escola Inclusiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"><strong>SIEI<\/strong> (Suport Intensiu per a l&#8217;Escolaritzaci\u00f3 Inclusiva)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>SIEI<\/strong> \u00e9s un recurs educatiu que ofereix suport intensiu a l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019afavorir la seva participaci\u00f3, aprenentatge i benestar dins del grup ordinari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019escola disposem d\u2019un <strong>MESI (Mestre Especialista de Suport a la Inclusi\u00f3)<\/strong> i <strong>dos educadors\/es d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial<\/strong>, que treballen de manera coordinada amb els tutors i l\u2019equip docent per donar una resposta ajustada a les necessitats de cada alumne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest recurs refor\u00e7a el comprom\u00eds de l\u2019escola amb una <strong>educaci\u00f3 inclusiva<\/strong>, basada en la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats, el respecte a la diversitat i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 personalitzada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background\"><strong>Mesures Addicionals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al nostre centre es duen a terme diverses <strong>mesures addicionals<\/strong> per donar resposta a les necessitats educatives de l\u2019alumnat i garantir una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i equitativa. Aquestes mesures s\u2019adapten a cada alumne o alumna i es planifiquen de manera coordinada entre el tutor o tutora, l\u2019equip docent i els professionals de suport. Sempre <strong>prioritzem l\u2019atenci\u00f3 dins l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 tots els infants puguin participar activament en el seu grup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre les principals mesures addicionals que es porten a terme al centre hi trobem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Suport educatiu dins l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria<\/strong>, amb la pres\u00e8ncia del MESI i dels educadors\/es d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial, afavorint la participaci\u00f3 de tots els infants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3 individualitzada o en petit grup<\/strong>, nom\u00e9s quan \u00e9s necessari, per refor\u00e7ar aspectes espec\u00edfics de l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adaptacions metodol\u00f2giques i organitzatives<\/strong>, com la flexibilitzaci\u00f3 de tasques, temps o agrupaments segons les necessitats de cada alumne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adaptacions dels materials i recursos<\/strong>, utilitzant suports visuals, materials manipulatius i eines digitals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acompanyament emocional i social<\/strong>, per afavorir el benestar, l\u2019autonomia i les relacions positives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies i els serveis externs<\/strong>, quan cal, per garantir una intervenci\u00f3 coherent i compartida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest conjunt de mesures permet avan\u00e7ar cap a una escola <strong>inclusiva, acollidora i respectuosa amb la diversitat<\/strong>, on cada infant pot aprendre i cr\u00e9ixer d\u2019acord amb les seves capacitats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-3 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-green-cyan-background-color has-background\"><strong>Mesures Universals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>mesures universals<\/strong> s\u00f3n les estrat\u00e8gies i recursos que s\u2019apliquen <strong>a tota l\u2019aula i a tot l\u2019alumnat<\/strong>, sense necessitat de diagn\u00f2stic o seguiment individualitzat. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s <strong>garantir una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva de qualitat per a tots els infants<\/strong>, promovent la participaci\u00f3, l\u2019aprenentatge i el benestar des del principi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al nostre centre, aquestes mesures es basen en el respecte pel <strong>ritme de cada alumne<\/strong> i en l\u2019acompanyament perqu\u00e8 cadasc\u00fa pugui <strong>arribar al seu propi nivell d\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. Inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3 i ensenyament adaptat a les necessitats del grup<\/strong>, amb metodologies variades i flexibles que faciliten l\u2019aprenentatge de tots els infants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organitzaci\u00f3 i ambient de l\u2019aula pensats per afavorir l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>, amb recursos visuals, materials manipulatius i suports tecnol\u00f2gics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estrat\u00e8gies de treball cooperatiu, col\u00b7laboratiu i participatiu<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 cada alumne pugui implicar-se i aprendre al seu ritme dins del grup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seguiment i avaluaci\u00f3 formativa<\/strong>, que permet identificar dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge de manera preco\u00e7 i ajustar les activitats segons les necessitats de tot el grup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat emocional i social<\/strong> dins de l\u2019aula, promovent un clima positiu, relacions respectuoses i autonomia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes mesures universals <strong>serveixen de base<\/strong> per a una escola inclusiva, i permeten que, si algun alumne necessita un suport m\u00e9s intensiu, es puguin aplicar <strong>mesures addicionals o espec\u00edfiques<\/strong> de manera coordinada i coherent, sempre prioritzant l\u2019aprenentatge i la participaci\u00f3 dins de l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SIEI (Suport Intensiu per a l&#8217;Escolaritzaci\u00f3 Inclusiva) El SIEI \u00e9s un recurs educatiu que ofereix suport intensiu a l\u2019alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019afavorir la seva participaci\u00f3, aprenentatge i benestar dins del grup ordinari.
