{"id":15256,"date":"2026-01-28T16:27:14","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T15:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escoladelparc\/?page_id=15256"},"modified":"2026-01-30T09:43:15","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T08:43:15","slug":"treball-sistematic","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escoladelparc\/josocparcteam\/treball-sistematic\/","title":{"rendered":"Treball Sistem\u00e0tic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"><strong>Grups Interactius<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilitzem els <strong>grups interactius de llengua<\/strong> com a metodologia per afavorir un <strong>aprenentatge inclusiu i participatiu<\/strong> a infantil i prim\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alumnat treballa en <strong>petits grups heterogenis<\/strong> i realitza <strong>tasques de llengua<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e0leg i l\u2019ajuda m\u00fatua, amb l\u2019acompanyament de <strong>persones adultes<\/strong> que donen suport i dinamitzen les activitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta manera de treballar millora les <strong>habilitats comunicatives<\/strong>, refor\u00e7a la conviv\u00e8ncia i fomenta la participaci\u00f3 de tots els infants, alhora que enforteix el <strong>vincle entre escola i fam\u00edlies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-ast-global-color-1-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-d4ef61bb4f5bcb3c9a617bd8054d6c1f\"><strong>Itineraris<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treballem amb els <strong>itineraris personalitzats<\/strong> a prim\u00e0ria com a metodologia per <strong>atendre la diversitat<\/strong> i afavorir que cada infant prengui consci\u00e8ncia del seu <strong>proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els itineraris es desenvolupen a la comunitat de <strong>Grans (4t, 5\u00e8 i 6\u00e8)<\/strong>, principalment a les \u00e0rees de <strong>llengua catalana i castellana<\/strong>, i permeten que cada alumne treballi <strong>objectius ajustats a les seves necessitats<\/strong>, amb l\u2019acompanyament proper del professorat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alumnat realitza un treball <strong>aut\u00f2nom i individual<\/strong>, organitzant les tasques al seu ritme, mentre els mestres fan un <strong>seguiment personalitzat<\/strong>, resolen dubtes, orienten i ajuden a reflexionar sobre els aprenentatges. Aquest proc\u00e9s inclou moments d\u2019<strong>autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>, feedback docent i comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els itineraris personalitzats ajuden els infants a <strong>con\u00e8ixer-se millor com a aprenents<\/strong>, a assumir responsabilitats i a donar el millor de si mateixos, integrant aquests aprenentatges en la resta de propostes educatives del centre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grups Interactius Utilitzem els grups interactius de llengua com a metodologia per afavorir un aprenentatge inclusiu i participatiu a infantil i prim\u00e0ria.
