No fa gaire, vam visitar la cuina del centre c\u00edvic a on una cuinera ens va ensenyar a fer uns pastissos bon\u00edssims! Vam preparar la base amb un d\u00e0til per tal que sigui dol\u00e7a sense necessitat d\u2019utilitzar sucre, despr\u00e9s vam anar seguint una recepta per finalment decorar el nostre past\u00eds saludable amb maduixes, canyella, coco i menta. Un cop acabat vam reflexionar sobre els aliments i esmorzars que fem habitualment. Aix\u00ed doncs, vam repassar quins ingredients s\u00f3n millor menjar en menys quantitat.
