Fue construido por los arquitectos Herzog &amp; de Meuron en el a\u00f1o 2004. Cerca del mar y del r\u00edo Bes\u00f2s, se ha convertido desde marzo de 2011 en un equipamiento abierto y din\u00e1mico, representativo y \u00fatil en el contexto de la problem\u00e1tica medioambiental actual.
