{"id":18602,"date":"2024-06-17T11:56:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-17T09:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolacongost\/?p=18602"},"modified":"2024-06-17T11:56:00","modified_gmt":"2024-06-17T09:56:00","slug":"jornada-esportiva-escola-instituts-6e-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolacongost\/portada\/jornada-esportiva-escola-instituts-6e-3\/","title":{"rendered":"JORNADA ESPORTIVA ESCOLA INSTITUTS 6\u00e8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els nois i noies de 6\u00e8 vam practicar diferents esports que ofereixen com a activitats extraescolars als instituts del municipi, el passat 11 de juny,\u00a0 a les instal\u00b7lacions de Cala Tona i a la pista polivalent del passeig Merc\u00e8 Rodoreda.\u00a0 Aquest curs nom\u00e9s vam practicar B\u00e0squet, Volei, B\u00e0dminton i Futbol sala degut que altres activitats no han tingut prou participaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta jornada t\u00e9 com a objectiu donar a con\u00e8ixer l\u2019oferta d\u2019activitats extraescolars esportives i evitar l\u2019abandonament de l\u2019esport quan ingressen a secund\u00e0ria. L\u2019activitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s molt important i ens aporta molts beneficis: h\u00e0bits saludables, creixement i coneixement personal, relacions socials, i lleure entre d\u2019altres.
