Aquest programa es basa en evid\u00e8ncies cient\u00edfiques i experi\u00e8ncies internacionals d&#8217;\u00e8xit, i promou canvis metodol\u00f2gics i organitzatius als centres educatius per aconseguir una millora significativa en els resultats en matem\u00e0tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle has-icon-left\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__row\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-title\">Objectius del Programa Florence<\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-active\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__icon is-passive\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content-wrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__content\">\n<p>Els principals objectius del Programa Florence s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impulsar una avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua i reflexiva<\/strong> sobre les pr\u00e0ctiques docents i els resultats obtinguts.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Millorar la compet\u00e8ncia matem\u00e0tica<\/strong> de l&#8217;alumnat, especialment en \u00e0rees com fraccions, percentatges, proporcions i geometria del pla i de l&#8217;espai.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formar i acompanyar el professorat<\/strong> en l&#8217;\u00fas de metodologies innovadores i efectives per a l&#8217;ensenyament de les matem\u00e0tiques.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fomentar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i l&#8217;aprenentatge entre iguals<\/strong> entre els docents, compartint bones pr\u00e0ctiques i experi\u00e8ncies.<br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__row\"><div class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-wrapper\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header\"><a href=\"#\"><span class=\"wp-block-getwid-toggle__header-title\"><strong>Com s&#8217;implementa al nostre centre?<\/strong><\/span><span materialitza a trav\u00e9s de diverses actuacions, com ara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua<\/strong> de les actuacions desenvolupades, amb la presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una mem\u00f2ria d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 final al finalitzar el programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Designaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una comissi\u00f3 de matem\u00e0tiques<\/strong>, incloent-hi una persona de l&#8217;equip directiu, per coordinar les accions del programa.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;acompanyament intern<\/strong> per part de la persona referent territorial de matem\u00e0tiques, que inclou sessions de codoc\u00e8ncia i assessorament al claustre.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aplicaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;aula de metodologies i did\u00e0ctiques innovadores<\/strong> per a la millora de l&#8217;aprenentatge competencial de les matem\u00e0tiques.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compartici\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3 del coneixement generat<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant una xarxa Hem treballat amb piles de daus per descobrir nombres amagats i entendre relacions num\u00e8riques. Tamb\u00e9 hem creat i resolt quadrats m\u00e0gics, buscant que totes les files i columnes tinguessin la mateixa suma. Hem investigat patrons i regularitats entre nombres, intentant explicar entre tots per qu\u00e8 passaven determinades coses. Tamb\u00e9 hem conegut el sistema dels nombres xinesos i hem experimentat representant i interpretant nombres d\u2019una manera diferent de la que utilitzem habitualment.
