T\u00e9 en compte les actituds i els sentiments , i engloba habilitats com el control dels impulsos , l’automotivaci\u00f3 , la confian\u00e7a, l’empatia , l’autoconsci\u00e8ncia i sobretot, constitueix el recurs necessari per oferir el nostre potencial interior de manera brillant.<\/p>\n

A l’escola treballem les emocions per a poder indentificar-les, tant les nostres com les dels altres.\u00a0Ens centrem ens les emocions b\u00e0siques (alegria, amor, por, r\u00e0bia i tristesa ) mitjan\u00e7ant diverses activitats molt boniques i divertides.<\/p>\n

Aquest treball afavoreix les relacions amb els iguals, els adults i tamb\u00e9 l\u2019autoimatge. Facilita la resoluci\u00f3 positiva de conflictes i l\u2019aprenentatge de les habilitats socials.<\/p>\n
