Hi vam anar en tramvia. El dia va ser molt pluj\u00f3s, per\u00f2 la visita va ser molt <\/span><b>interessant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan vam arribar al Parlament ens va rebre la Carme. Ens va donar la benvinguda i ens va portar a l\u2019hemicicle on ens va <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explicar la hist\u00f2ria de l\u2019edifici<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">com funciona un Parlament.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019edifici del Parlament ha passat molts canvis al llarg del temps, des de 1716 al 1980:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">una Ciutadella\u00a0 militar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enderrocada, es va convertir en un parc<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en Palau reial<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en Museu municipal d\u2019Art<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en Parlament<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en caserna<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en Museu d\u2019Art Modern<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parlament\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el Parlament es prenen decisions i on es fan les lleis per la ciutadania. En aquesta seu hi treballen els partits pol\u00edtics que han sortit escollits per votacions democr\u00e0tiques i ens representen. No tots els partits pol\u00edtics tenen el mateix nombre de diputats i diputades, aix\u00f2 dep\u00e8n del nombre de votacions que reben. Ells i elles s\u00f3n les encarregades d&#8217;escollir la Mesa del Parlament i el President\/a de la Generalitat de Catalunya. En l\u2019hemicicle s\u2019organitzen per grups parlamentaris i quan no s\u00f3n suficients es formen grups mixts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generalment, es reuneixen formant comissions i parlen de les coses importants que falten a Catalunya. Poden fer votacions de diferents tipus: obertes, electr\u00f2niques i secretes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important anar a votar perqu\u00e8 els nostres avantpassats han lluitat per la democr\u00e0cia i fins i tot hi va haver gent que va perdre la vida per aconseguir els drets que ara tenim.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ara us explicarem qui pot votar:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les persones majors de 18 anys.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">empadronats a\u00a0 Catalunya<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amb nacionalitat espanyola<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 12 de maig es faran les pr\u00f2ximes eleccions al Parlament de Catalunya perqu\u00e8 l\u2019actual President ha dissolt el Parlament. No es van poder aprovar els pressupostos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si observeu els carrers ja estan plens de cartells electorals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens hem sentit molt intrigades perqu\u00e8 ens han explicat moltes coses importants que hem de saber com a ciutadanes.
