Tamb\u00e9 fou pedagog, director i compositor musical. La seva gran contribuci\u00f3 al m\u00f3n de la m\u00fasica va ser la innovaci\u00f3 en la interpretaci\u00f3 amb el violoncel que, m\u00e9s tard, va ser adoptada per molts violoncel\u00b7listes. La seva interpretaci\u00f3 d&#8217; \u201cEl cant dels ocells\u201d ha esdevingut un s\u00edmbol de pau i llibertat arreu del m\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta setmana volem homenetjar-lo escoltant la seva interpretaci\u00f3 de la Suite n\u00fam. 1 de Bach.
