En aquest article us presentem les conclusions de la reflexi\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva que ens ha perm\u00e8s aprofundir sobre com abordar la nostra tasca docent sense la relaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria i directa amb els nostres companys i companyes, el nostre alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019un dia per l\u2019altre ens hem deixat de veure, d\u2019abra\u00e7ar-nos, de comentar un simple instant o sensaci\u00f3, d\u2019aprendre conjuntament, d\u2019avan\u00e7ar amb la programaci\u00f3 prevista, de fer entrevistes i reunions, de compartir els \u00e8xits i les decepcions&#8230; de viure i sentir a la nostra escola. Aix\u00f2 ens ha obligat en primer lloc a trobar un nou espai personal i professional i a reinventar-nos prioritzant una proposta educativa per l\u2019alumnat que cuidi la seva part emocional i que suggereixi nous camins d\u2019aprenentatge que puguin realitzar sense el nostre acompanyament diari i que pugui arribar al m\u00e0xim de fam\u00edlies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem canviat les bones preguntes dins l\u2019aula per reptes proposats en un v\u00eddeo o com activitats a una plataforma digital, escollint com a criteri aquelles propostes pedag\u00f2giques que es puguin fer amb el material limitat que tenen els nostres infants a casa seva i que puguin realitzar aut\u00f2nomament, ja que moltes fam\u00edlies manifesten dificultats per poder-los ajudar en tasques escolars. Per tant, la programaci\u00f3 no est\u00e0 guiada per un criteri competencial o curricular, sin\u00f3 per q\u00fcestions pr\u00e0ctiques que garanteixin que una part majorit\u00e0ria de l\u2019alumnat de l\u2019escola t\u00e9 opci\u00f3 de seguir-les.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquest marc l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu d\u2019aconseguir que l\u2019alumnat s\u00e0piga fer i enviar la tasca via digital i que pugui rebre un retorn del docent, m\u00e9s lligat segurament a un vincle afectiu que a la valoraci\u00f3 de la tasca en s\u00ed. El fet que el retorn no sigui immediat i in situ ens adonem que dificulta l\u2019opci\u00f3 de fer propostes de millora que es puguin aplicar m\u00e9s endavant ja que dubtem que l\u2019alumnat a certes edats pugui fer aquesta connexi\u00f3 en un espai-temps diferit. No ens hem atrevit a plantejar activitats de coavaluaci\u00f3 i valorem que l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 en la situaci\u00f3 emocional complexa que estan vivint a casa possiblement no donar\u00e0 gaire fruits. L\u2019objectiu que ens plantegem amb les fam\u00edlies i que treballem via telef\u00f2nica pr\u00e0cticament setmanalment, \u00e9s que facin fer les tasques a l\u2019alumnat i els ajudin en el que puguin, no intervindran en l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les valoracions que es puguin generar en un intercanvi informal entre adult i infant.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan retornem a l\u2019escola ens plantegem dissenyar espais de trobada, de relaci\u00f3, d\u2019intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies i de joc, a part de tancar alguns projectes que il\u00b7lusionaven l\u2019alumnat i han quedat a mitges. Caldr\u00e0 que ens retrobem i ens reorganitzem per tornar a engegar el dia a dia de l\u2019escola.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estem conven\u00e7uts que aquesta situaci\u00f3 ens ha donat l\u2019oportunitat d\u2019ampliar els coneixements tecnol\u00f2gics i digitals de tota la comunitat educativa, de difondre i fer veure a les institucions que estem molt lluny d\u2019aconseguir una igualtat d\u2019oportunitats real i de mostrar a les fam\u00edlies que s\u00f3n una part molt important del proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge. Pensem que haurem pogut enriquir la nostra compet\u00e8ncia personal i professional cadasc\u00fa des de la seva vessant per\u00f2 que revertir\u00e0 sens dubte en la qualitat de la nostra
