Per aconseguir aquest objectiu, es va proposar comen\u00e7ar a fer &#8220;Tutories individualitzades&#8221;, tal com indica el Curr\u00edculum d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 B\u00e0sica, dins del pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 tutorial.<\/p>\n<p>Durant els cursos 24-25 i 25-26, el claustre ha assistit a la formaci\u00f3 del <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/alumnat\/al-teu-centre-projecte-escoltam\/\">\u00a0PROJECTE ESCOLTA&#8217;M, <\/a>organitzada pel Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte &#8220;Escolta&#8217;m&#8221; consisteix a oferir un temps i un espai de tutoria personalitzada setmanal a 3 o 4 alumnes i al seu tutor o tutora, per tal que puguin expressar de manera respectuosa i emp\u00e0tica, reconeixent la singularitat i la hist\u00f2ria personal de cada alumne, i fomentar la seva resili\u00e8ncia, autoconeixement i benestar emocional. Aix\u00ed doncs, cada tutora, dins del seu horari lectiu, t\u00e9 ubicada una hora setmanal per tal de desenvolupar aquestes tutories amb un agrupament de 3 infants. Les sessions es porten a terme a \u201cl\u2019aula EsPai\u201d o en alg\u00fa rac\u00f3 de l&#8217;escola on es promouen factors protectors, preventius i es crea un ambient proper i s&#8217;enforteix la complicitat amb les persones participants. Aquest espai setmanal d\u2019una hora t\u00e9 com a objectiu identificar si alguns alumnes m\u00e9s que d\u2019altres, necessiten establir vincles afectius i respectuosos, encara que sigui \u201calmenys amb un adult significatiu\u201d. Tamb\u00e9 permet observar com expressen, de manera espont\u00e0nia, o no, la necessitat de crear relacions d\u2019harmonia i cooperaci\u00f3 amb els seus iguals.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte proposa personalitzar l\u2019escola amb un pla d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 educativa que estableixi una vinculaci\u00f3 educativa positiva entre la tutora i l&#8217;infant, i que proporcioni a tot l\u2019alumnat factors promotors que els reconeguin i acompanyin en el seu creixement per anar aconseguint seguretat personal que l\u2019ajudin a desenvolupar-se de forma integral i satisfact\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>Una relaci\u00f3 tutorial fonamentada a partir de:<br \/>\n\u2022 la confian\u00e7a, aconseguida mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019escolta activa,<br \/>\n\u2022 la mirada capacitadora,<br \/>\n\u2022 la gesti\u00f3 relacional, amb el reconeixement i la identificaci\u00f3 per part del tutor de cadascun dels alumnes del grup-classe sense exclusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La finalitat \u00faltima del projecte t\u00e9 dos grans \u00e0mbits:<br \/>\n\u2022 Una millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia a l\u2019aula i en general al centre educatiu.<br \/>\n\u2022 Una millora dels aprenentatges de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un dels objectius del projecte de direcci\u00f3 23-27 \u00e9s la &#8220;millora de la cohesi\u00f3 social&#8221;.
