{"id":21855,"date":"2021-12-20T11:46:14","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T10:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolacanllobet\/?p=21855"},"modified":"2021-12-20T13:51:20","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T12:51:20","slug":"educacio-fisica-1r-trimestre-2n-deso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escolacanllobet\/nivells\/secundaria\/educacio-fisica-1r-trimestre-2n-deso\/","title":{"rendered":"Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica 1r trimestre (2n d\u2019ESO)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1RXEdhLqic989gLcgUT0bLUw0hw5cRpOu?usp=sharing\">+ Imatges<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquest trimestre hem realitzat Educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica a la piscina del CEM de Can LLobet.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta activitat no es va poder realitzar el curs passat per la pand\u00e8mia i aquest curs l\u2019alumnat ha tingut l\u2019oportunitat de gaudir-la.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant les sessions l\u2019alumnat ha pogut valorar la pr\u00e0ctica regular de la nataci\u00f3 com a millora de la salut i la qualitat de vida; millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia motriu en els diferents estils de nataci\u00f3; valorar les capacitats individuals, acceptar les difer\u00e8ncies individuals i potenciar l\u2019afany de superaci\u00f3 personal; fer un tastet nous conceptes i t\u00e8cniques de socorrisme aqu\u00e0tic i\u00a0 iniciar-se en la pr\u00e0ctica del waterpolo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;alumnat de 2n s&#8217;ha adonat de la import\u00e0ncia de dur a terme activitat f\u00edsica per portar un estil de vida saludable.
