During the first term 2nd graders have been remembering vocabulary and concepts about shapes: 2 DIMENSIONAL SHAPES.<\/p>\n

The first weeks we\u00b4ve remembered the 2d shapes: circle, square, rectangles, triangle and diamond, and also their main characteristics: sides and vertices.<\/p>\n

We have practised different oral structures to talk about shapes:<\/p>\n

\u2013 This is a circle\/square\/\u2026
\n\u2013 The circle has got 3 sides \/ The square has got 4 vertices\u2026.<\/p>\n

In fact, they are becoming in little experts about this theme, you only need to enjoy with their progresses and creations with tangrams and rulers, naming 2D figures:<\/p>\n
