V\u00e0rem fer algunes activitats en gran grup i d\u2019altres en petits grups. Entre d\u2019altres coses vam treballar les capacitats condicionals (velocitat, for\u00e7a, resist\u00e8ncia i flexibilitat), la funci\u00f3 de la suor quan ens movem, el perqu\u00e8 s\u2019acceleren les nostres pulsacions i qu\u00e8 passa amb la nostra temperatura.
