Si l\u2019espai us ho permet feu el m\u00e0xim d\u2019aquesta progressi\u00f3:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salts a peus junts<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salts a peu coix (10 amb cada peu)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salts d\u2019esquenes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Salts creuats<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Algun salt doble (que la corda passi dues vegades en un sol salt)<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019espai no us ho permet, fer la mateixa progressi\u00f3 fent al menys 10 salts de cada tipus i alguns que siguin amb moviment (a banda i banda d\u2019una l\u00ednia, endavant i endarrere, fent un quadrat amb els peus mentre saltes, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>RI: Crea una nova manera de saltar a la corda, diferent de les anteriors. Si l\u2019espai no t\u2019ho permet inventa\u2019t una manera de saltar sense fer servir la corda.<\/p>\n<p>RF: Si l\u2019espai us ho permet, entre dues persones rodeu corda. El repte consisteix en qu\u00e8 tothom entri a la corda rodada, faci un salt i surti sense que la corda s\u2019aturi en cap moment (les persones que donen corda tamb\u00e9 han de saltar!). Ho podem aconseguir? Aquesta setmana us proposo que us feu un regal entre vosaltres. Durant la setmana trobeu l\u2019espai per crear un regal mutu, entre els integrants amb els que estigueu convivint en el confinament. Us haureu de fer i rebre tants regals com persones que convisqueu a casa. La proposta a treballar \u00e9s que us pugueu expressar els sentiments que sentiu vers a cada persona mitjan\u00e7ant una creaci\u00f3 (pintura, foto, collage, can\u00e7\u00f3, una carta, dibuix, figures de fang, alguna manualitat, entre d\u2019altres). Les consignes s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expressi\u00f3 dels adults vers als infants: Expressa el regal mitjan\u00e7ant un sentiment d\u2019estima, de valoraci\u00f3 i d\u2019autoestima vers el nen o la nena (sentiments per fomentar el vincle segur als infants).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expressi\u00f3 dels infants vers els adults i entre germans\/es: Expressa el regal mitjan\u00e7ant el sentiment que necessitis compartir (Lliure elecci\u00f3. \u00c9s important que l\u2019infant se senti escoltat i respectat en tot moment malgrat el que comparteixi pugui ser algun sentiment desagradable).<\/p>\n<p>La finalitat \u00e9s enfortir els vincles segurs entre infants i adults i fomentar un espai de comunicaci\u00f3 assertiva i d\u2019escolta dels sentiments en fam\u00edlia.
