En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, hi ha molt\u00edssimes activitats per a l\u2019etapa escolar d\u2019infantil i prim\u00e0ria. Posem les emocions en joc &#8211; <\/strong>Magda Clota, <em>educadora emocional<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cada vegada sentim m\u00e9s a parlar de les emocions, fins i tot \u00e9s molt possible que ens sapiguem els colors de cada emoci\u00f3 tal i com llegim en els contes als nostres fills i filles si s\u00f3n petits. I potser tamb\u00e9 tenim molt clar que quan alg\u00fa de casa crida \u00e9s que deu estar de malhumor. I tot i aix\u00f2, quan \u00e9s el moment d\u2019encarar-ho de manera pr\u00e0ctica&#8230; la cosa canvia. Aquest ser\u00e0 un taller participatiu per adonar-nos, a la pr\u00e0ctica, de quines s\u00f3n les emocions tot sentint-les. Els adults serem els ajudants. Cuinar junts \u00e9s una bona manera d&#8217;introduir nous aliments i bons h\u00e0bits, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 de refor\u00e7ar els vincles afectius, desenvolupar la creativitat i fer cr\u00e9ixer l\u2019autoestima.<\/p>\n<p>El taller ens permetr\u00e0 incentivar el treball d\u2019equip en fam\u00edlia, compartir, negociar i recon\u00e8ixer les habilitats personals de cadasc\u00fa per treure\u2019n el millor partit possible.<\/p>\n<p><em>Uns dies abans de la realitzaci\u00f3 us comunicarem els ingredients que necessitareu. Parar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s en la paraula, sin\u00f3 en les imatges i l\u2019acci\u00f3 de fer un collage, permet generar un espai com\u00fa en fam\u00edlia i aprofundir en les emocions viscudes. Com identificar casos de <em>bullying<\/em> i con\u00e8ixer els indicadors de risc. Entendre el rol que tenen les fam\u00edlies i els professionals i la bona comunicaci\u00f3 per a la seva prevenci\u00f3. Oferir pautes educatives a les fam\u00edlies per tal d\u2019abordar aquesta realitat.
