Amb petits canvis i una mica de planificaci\u00f3, podem reduir el que llencem i aprofitar millor cada \u00e0pat.<\/p>\n<p>El malbaratament alimentari: una paradoxa quotidiana<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot i pensar que el nostre impacte \u00e9s petit, les dades diuen el contrari:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Catalunya, cada persona llen\u00e7a uns 21,5 kg d\u2019aliments l\u2019any.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A escala estatal, les llars espanyoles descarten m\u00e9s de 1.300 milions de quilos de menjar anualment, uns 31 kg per persona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest malbaratament
