Programa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.programasi.org\/\">Si!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La inf\u00e0ncia \u00e9s un per\u00edode de desenvolupament f\u00edsic i intel\u00b7lectual que requereix un gran consum d\u2019energia i, per tant, una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada i saludable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s, a m\u00e9s, l\u2019etapa id\u00f2nia per adoptar h\u00e0bits alimentaris estructurats:<\/p>\n<p>Esmorzar complet a casa.<br \/>\nRepartiment de la ingesta di\u00e0ria entre quatre i sis \u00e0pats.<br \/>\nAdequaci\u00f3 de la quantitat de les racions a les necessitats individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Cal potenciar el consum de:<\/p>\n<p>Fruita fresca i de temporada com a postres habituals dels \u00e0pats i com a complement d\u2019esmorzars i berenars.<br \/>\nVerdures i hortalisses de temporada en el primer plat i\/o com a guarnici\u00f3 del segon plat dels diferents \u00e0pats, a m\u00e9s de garantir la pres\u00e8ncia habitual d\u2019amanides.<br \/>\nLlegums i fruita seca crua o torrada sense sal.<br \/>\nFarinacis (pa, pasta, arr\u00f2s&#8230;) integrals.<br \/>\nLactis desnatats o semidesnatats i, principalment, en forma de llet, iogurts i formatges.<br \/>\nPa, preferentment integral, en els diferents \u00e0pats.<br \/>\nL\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.<br \/>\nL\u2019aigua com a beguda b\u00e0sica i vital, tant en els \u00e0pats com entre hores.<\/p>\n<p>Conv\u00e9 reduir:<\/p>\n<p>La ingesta freq\u00fcent de llaminadures i prioritzar com a alternativa la fruita seca sense sal (nous, ametlles, avellanes&#8230;) i dessecada (panses, orellanes, figues seques&#8230;).<br \/>\nLes begudes ensucrades (coles, taronjades, begudes isot\u00f2niques, sucs, etc.) i prioritzar el consum d\u2019aigua.<br \/>\nLa brioixeria i la pastisseria, i prioritzar el consum d\u2019entrepans.<br \/>\nLes cremes de xocolata, mousses i d\u2019altres, com a postres habituals dels \u00e0pats.<br \/>\nEl menjar r\u00e0pid (fast food).<br \/>\nLes preparacions i derivats carnis processats, que tenen major contingut en greix (embotits, pat\u00e9s, salsitxes, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salut bucodental<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>La salut bucodental \u00e9s especialment important a l\u2019edat infantil. Es recomana que els infants i adolescents facin seixanta minuts (una hora) o m\u00e9s d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Conv\u00e9 reduir el temps destinat a \u201cactivitats de pantalla\u201d (televisi\u00f3, ordinador, consoles, etc.) a menys de dues hores al dia. L\u2019activitat f\u00edsica escassa \u00e9s, juntament amb una alimentaci\u00f3 desequilibrada, un dels aspectes que influeixen decisivament en l\u2019aparici\u00f3 del sobrep\u00e8s i l\u2019obesitat.<\/p>\n<p>Els adults poden afavorir la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica dels infants i els adolescents en l\u2019entorn familiar:<\/p>\n<p>Provant diferents activitats fins trobar la que els agrada i facilitant-los-en la pr\u00e0ctica.<br \/>\nCompartint amb ells l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<br \/>\nCombinant diferents tipus d\u2019activitat.<br \/>\nFomentant els esports de grup.<br \/>\nFacilitant que tinguin estones de joc actiu i de joc lliure.<br \/>\nFent activitats de lleure a l\u2019aire lliure.<\/p>\n<p>Per qualsevol dubte podeu trucar al 061 (CANAL SALUT de la Generalitat) i un\/a infermer\/a us ajudar\u00e0 a resoldre\u2019l.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Malalties: Canal salut A-Z.
