L&#8217;exercici de l&#8217;autonomia dels centres, en el marc dels principis rectors del sistema i orientada a l&#8217;\u00e8xit i l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia educatives, requereix instruments operatius que permetin l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 del centre a fi d&#8217;assolir els objectius definits en el projecte educatiu i retre comptes davant la comunitat i l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 educatives.
