En el marc del <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"65\">Programa d&#8217;acompanyament en la detecci\u00f3 de barreres per a l\u2019aprenentatge i la participaci\u00f3 (BAP)<\/b>, hem aconseguit una fita molt important: <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"203\">sistematitzar l&#8217;\u00fas de pictogrames a tota l&#8217;escola<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Aquesta mesura no \u00e9s un fet a\u00efllat, sin\u00f3 el resultat d&#8217;un treball profund de transformaci\u00f3 del centre per dissenyar entorns educatius oberts, flexibles i sans, que garanteixin l\u2019\u00e8xit i l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de tot el nostre alumnat.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Us deixem un petit v\u00eddeo com a mostra de com conviuen els pictogrames en el nostre dia a dia:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1RPKZSoNsMIy1oYhTpSL4ZYv3IRcJzztl\/view?usp=sharing\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-8002 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-puigdelescadiretes\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu819\/2026\/05\/pictos.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el Programa BAP i qu\u00e8 busquem?<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Aquest programa ens acompanya com a centre a l\u2019hora de detectar aquelles barreres (ja siguin f\u00edsiques, sensorials, cognitives o emocionals) que dificulten que un alumne aprengui o participi al 100%. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s minimitzar-les o eliminar-les a trav\u00e9s del marc del <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"265\">DUA (Disseny Universal per a l\u2019Aprenentatge)<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Per aconseguir-ho, ens hem marcat uns objectius molt clars que guien el nostre dia a dia:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Grup impulsor:<\/b> Hem creat un equip actiu (direcci\u00f3 i professionals del centre) que promou pr\u00e0ctiques per generar una aut\u00e8ntica cultura inclusiva.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Llenguatge compartit:<\/b> Tot el claustre treballem sota els mateixos conceptes clau del marc DUA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Sensibilitzaci\u00f3:<\/b> Formem i conscienciem l&#8217;equip docent sobre l&#8217;accessibilitat universal i la detecci\u00f3 de barreres.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">An\u00e0lisi de l&#8217;entorn:<\/b> Identifiquem on i quan es troben les barreres en els diferents contextos de l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Pla d\u2019Acci\u00f3 BAP:<\/b> Dissenyem i implementem solucions reals i pr\u00e0ctiques (com la unificaci\u00f3 dels pictogrames).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,5,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,5,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Seguiment i sostenibilitat:<\/b> Consolidem aquest proc\u00e9s de reflexi\u00f3 i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 sigui sostenible en el temps.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">La sistematitzaci\u00f3 dels pictogrames n&#8217;\u00e9s el primer gran fruit (de molts altres que vindran!). L&#8217;accessibilitat cognitiva \u00e9s un dret i, gr\u00e0cies a la implicaci\u00f3 de tot l&#8217;equip docent, avui la nostra escola \u00e9s un lloc una mica m\u00e9s amable, entenedor i acollidor per a tothom.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A l\u2019escola fem un pas m\u00e9s cap a la inclusi\u00f3 real.
