Aix\u00f2 requereix moltes estones de reflexi\u00f3 i debat.<\/li>\n<li>Tenint clar cap on anem tot marcant uns objectius comuns. Cal fixar pocs objectius b\u00e0sics d\u2019escola que siguin comuns a tots els nivells educatius tot buscant estones de reunions.<\/li>\n<li>Ens cal un grup molt format que lideri i coordini la l\u00ednia pedag\u00f2gica d\u2019escola tot coneixent i potenciant els punts forts de tot l\u2019equip per enriquir-nos m\u00fatuament. Creient en nosaltres i en el que fem.<\/li>\n<li>El lideratge no el veiem com a una persona o un grup de persones al capdavant, sin\u00f3 com a un comprom\u00eds de cadascun dels membres de l\u2019equip. El lideratge hauria de situar l\u2019infant en el centre de tot el proc\u00e9s de l\u2019ensenyan\u00e7a aprenentatge. L\u2019equip directiu t\u00e9 l\u2019oportunitat de generar aquest impuls i clima favorable per la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest projecte de centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Com estem col\u00b7laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formant-nos junts, compartint experi\u00e8ncies tot transmetent aquests coneixements a les persones que arriben noves a l\u2019escola, implicant a la resta de la comunitat educativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitant altres escoles, coordinant-nos, fent claustres m\u00e9s pedag\u00f2gics, aproximar l\u2019escola a la comunitat ( implicant les fam\u00edlies, poble, entitats\u2026)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartint experi\u00e8ncies, informacions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organitzar els espais o reorganitzar-los de forma parlada, compartida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PGA i mem\u00f2ria conviden a fer una reflexi\u00f3 sobre qu\u00e8 i com farem i qu\u00e8 i com hem fet. El temps de reflexi\u00f3 i conversa per omplir aquests documents pot ser molt \u00fatil i pot generar noves directrius. Aquests documents no han de ser un pur tr\u00e0mit; sin\u00f3 una bona eina. Cal evitar el \u201ccontinuem com l\u2019any passat\u201d i passem a aprofundir els perqu\u00e8s volem continuar aix\u00ed i aix\u00f2 ajudar\u00e0 a avan\u00e7ar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haur\u00edem de ser capa\u00e7os d\u2019aprendre i escoltar els altres i no tenir por de provar altres maneres.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 seria la \u201cnova cultura docent\u201d? A qu\u00e8 es refereix?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nosaltres creiem que la cultura del docent hauria d\u2019estar en constant renovaci\u00f3, des del treball en equip i la reflexi\u00f3 conjunta per construir una estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019equip comuna.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>3.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obrint-nos m\u00e9s a l\u2019entorn proper (entitats del poble, comarca,..) i m\u00e9s lluny\u00e0 (altres centres, universitats, escoles d\u2019altres pa\u00efsos,.. ).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Involucrar les fam\u00edlies per aprendre conjuntament a partir d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies que puguin compartir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implicar-nos en projectes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 com per exemple algun projecte europeu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focus d\u2019observaci\u00f3: establir un aspecte a observar, valorar, registrar,&#8230; per despr\u00e9s posar-ho en com\u00fa amb l\u2019equip de cicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fer documentacions que combinin el relat del que ha passat i els camins que han seguit els alumnes amb la reflexi\u00f3 de la mestra sobre el focus d\u2019observaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb formacions, que es transmeti la informaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del grup impulsor i poder debatre en claustre. \u00c9s important crear aquests grups impulsors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valorant experi\u00e8ncies pr\u00f2pies i d\u2019altres escoles, sabent fer autocr\u00edtica de les pr\u00f2pies experi\u00e8ncies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El treball en xarxa, amb una estrat\u00e8gia de participaci\u00f3 real amb les fam\u00edlies, fent recerca amb els infants mateixos i estar disposats a aprendre amb ells.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\n4.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s que deixar de fer creiem que cal adaptar i reformular el que fem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem de compartir experi\u00e8ncies entre cicles perqu\u00e8 no sabem qu\u00e8 fa la resta de l\u2019escola on no passem.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buscar maneres eficients de compartir coses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem de tenir-ho tot m\u00e9s organitzat i seq\u00fcenciat perqu\u00e8 quan hi ha canvis de plantilla les persones noves almenys s\u00e0piguen on agafar-se.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codoc\u00e8ncia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trobar el temps de compartir reflexions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marcar pocs objectius i temporalitzar-los.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unificar una l\u00ednia d\u2019escola sobre la utilitzaci\u00f3 dels llibres.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seq\u00fcenciar tots els continguts per cursos i \u00e0mbits. Per poder fer posteriorment una programaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s concreta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisar o tenir present la mem\u00f2ria i PGA del curs passat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s espais de trobada intercicles. Trobar la manera de treballar d\u2019una manera m\u00e9s calmada, no voler atrapar tot, prioritzar la qualitat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deixar de fer les coses perqu\u00e8 sempre s\u2019han fet i fer-les perqu\u00e8 tenen un sentit.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferir xerrades i\/o formacions a les fam\u00edlies.
