Es vol aconseguir transformar el nostre m\u00f3n per a fer-lo m\u00e9s sostenible. Es pot aconseguir treballant des de tres eixos interconnectats: el creixement econ\u00f2mic, la inclusi\u00f3 social i la protecci\u00f3 del medi
