Aquests dos programes ens ajuden a millorar en les compet\u00e8ncies referides a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de coneixement del medi.<\/p>\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament, per millorar la compet\u00e8ncia matem\u00e0tica, hem iniciat el programa d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica Florence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-20687\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-giroi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1526\/2024\/01\/steam.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"175\" height=\"140\" \/>El programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica STEAMcat consisteix en l\u2019acompanyament dels centres mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019assessorament, la creaci\u00f3 de la Comunitat #STEAMcat, les formacions i els recursos. Aprofitant el lideratge distribu\u00eft del centre, les metodologies, perspectives i tecnologies adients a l\u2019aula i el treball transversal del professorat, es fomenta el pensament cr\u00edtic de l\u2019alumnat, es millora la percepci\u00f3 social de la ci\u00e8ncia, per provocar un increment de la selecci\u00f3 d\u2019estudis postobligatoris STEAM, per un canvi positiu de l\u2019autopercepci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat envers aquestes disciplines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nostre centre est\u00e0 cursant l\u2019\u00faltim any d\u2019aquest programa, i es veu reflectit en els petits canvis que s\u2019estan donant a les programacions i la metodologia que es fa servir per impartir la doc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-20686\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-giroi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1526\/2024\/01\/faig-300x166.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"107\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-giroi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1526\/2024\/01\/faig-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-giroi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1526\/2024\/01\/faig.png 302w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 194px) 100vw, 194px\" \/>Pel que fa al programa FAIG, es tracta d\u2019un programa experimental que impulsa el desenvolupament de projectes de treball vinculats als desafiaments de les persones i del planeta, els quals integren processos de creaci\u00f3 &#8220;maker&#8221; i de fabricaci\u00f3 digital, amb el prop\u00f2sit que infants i joves donin resposta a les necessitats de les seves comunitats i esdevinguin persones cr\u00edtiques, participatives i transformadores del seu entorn.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa FAIG implica:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" role=\"presentation\">La creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un espai &#8220;maker&#8221; (anomenat FAIGLab) obert a la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">L\u2019acompanyament i formaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica necess\u00e0ria per a consolidar l\u2019aprenentatge per projectes des d\u2019un enfocament globalitzat com a l\u00ednia pedag\u00f2gica de centre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La realitzaci\u00f3 de projectes interdisciplinaris que connectin l\u2019alumnat amb problemes socialment rellevants, perqu\u00e8 esdevinguin projectes d\u2019aprenentatge amb sentit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La capacitaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica necess\u00e0ria (per al professorat) per a integrar el \u201cmaker\u201d i les possibilitats creatives de la fabricaci\u00f3 digital en els projectes d\u2019aprenentatge amb sentit, possibilitant que l&#8217;alumnat doni respostes innovadores a les necessitats de l\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb agents externs capdavanters en la recerca i la creaci\u00f3 de solucions davant els desafiaments socials actuals i reptes de futur.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">La participaci\u00f3 activa en la xarxa de centres FAIG de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" role=\"presentation\">La creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una comunitat activa d\u2019aprenentatge al voltant del FAIGLab que possibiliti la seva obertura a l\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-20765\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-giroi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1526\/2025\/02\/baixa-8-300x110.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"110\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-giroi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1526\/2025\/02\/baixa-8-300x110.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escola-giroi\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1526\/2025\/02\/baixa-8.jpg 386w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>La finalitat del programa Florence \u00e9s millorar l\u2019aprenentatge de les matem\u00e0tiques de l\u2019alumnat, reduir el nombre d\u2019alumnes que obtenen resultats baixos en les proves de compet\u00e8ncies matem\u00e0tiques, millorar i actualitzar les compet\u00e8ncies docents en matem\u00e0tiques, i oferir formaci\u00f3, assessorament i material de suport al centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promou treballar utilitzant escenaris que l\u2019alumnat troba a la vida real, en un ambient de resoluci\u00f3 de problemes, amb activitats inclusives a l\u2019abast de tot l\u2019alumnat, de llindar baix, sostre alt i parets amples, promovent la descoberta i la investigaci\u00f3 a partir de l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3.<br \/>\nL\u2019objectiu, en finalitzar el programa, \u00e9s assolir uns resultats competencials superiors a la mitjana dels centres de la mateixa tipologia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les actuacions i els recursos de suport del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional en el mar del Programa Florence s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<br \/>\na) Orientaci\u00f3, assessorament i acompanyament.<br \/>\nb) Suport documental i de recursos pedag\u00f2gics.<br \/>\nc) Formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica.<br \/>\nd) Difusi\u00f3 d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies innovadores i pr\u00e0ctiques educatives de refer\u00e8ncia avaluades i consolidades.<br \/>\ne) Acompanyament en l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3.<br \/>\nf) Altres actuacions complement\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comptem amb l\u2019acompanyament d\u2019una persona referent de matem\u00e0tiques que ofereix formaci\u00f3 i assessorament al claustre i fa modelatge dins les aules de l\u2019alumnat de 4t i 5\u00e8 d\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria.
