A les xarxes hi ha diferents v\u00eddeos d&#8217;exercicis, balls, coreografies, reptes, etc que podeu anar fent. Hem de prendre consci\u00e8ncia que l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s positiva tant pel nostre cos com pel nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim. A continuaci\u00f3 us proposo petits reptes que podeu anar fent cada dia. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Tamb\u00e9 podeu invertar-vos alguns i explicar-me al mail de la classe com us ha anat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vinga, endavant, molts \u00e0nims i for\u00e7a!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repte 1: Fer 10 salts seguits a peu coix sense caure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repte 2: Fer el m\u00e0xim n\u00famero de salts amb 30 segons, a peus junts i sense moure&#8217;s del lloc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repte 3: C\u00f3rrer sense moure&#8217;s del lloc aixecant els genolls durant 30 segons, cada vegada m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repte 4: Amb una pilota o fent una bola de paper fer 5 cistelles seguides a la paperera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repte 5: Poseu un pal\/escombra a terre i feu 20 salts seguits d&#8217;un costat a l&#8217;altre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Repte 6: Poseu el dit gros a la part del nas, amb la m\u00e0 ben oberta i aixecant una cama proveu de tocar-vos el genoll amb el dit petit d&#8217;aquella m\u00e0.
