{"id":1401,"date":"2019-12-12T13:25:07","date_gmt":"2019-12-12T12:25:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escmarcelidomingotivissa\/?p=1401"},"modified":"2019-12-12T13:27:46","modified_gmt":"2019-12-12T12:27:46","slug":"esmorza-be-esmorza-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escmarcelidomingotivissa\/general\/esmorza-be-esmorza-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"Esmorza b\u00e9, esmorza saludable!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>ESMORZA B\u00c9, ESMORZA SALUDABLE!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hola, som la classe de Cicle Mitj\u00e0 de l\u2019escola Marcel\u00b7l\u00ed Domingo i us volem\u00a0 explicar el projecte que hem iniciat aquest curs sobre els esmorzars saludables a l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n<p>El t\u00edtol del projecte \u00e9s:<strong><em>\u201cesmorza b\u00e9, esmorza saludable\u201d.<\/em><\/strong>Els objectius que ens hem fixat s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoure uns esmorzars saludables.<\/li>\n<li>Variar els esmorzars a l\u2019hora del pati.<\/li>\n<li>Reduir els aliments poc saludables que contenen molts greixos, sucres i additius que s\u00f3n nocius per a la nostra salut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un aliment no saludable?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un aliment no saludable \u00e9s tot tipus d\u2019aliments que porti un exc\u00e9s de sal, sucre i\/o greixos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perqu\u00e8 el sucre \u00e9s dolent?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El consum de qualsevol beguda amb sucre afegit o un altre edulcorant cal\u00f2ric, \u00e9s elevat en el nostre entorn, sobretot en infants i joves. Per aix\u00f2 un consum elevat s\u2019associa amb una mala qualitat de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 amb la l\u2019obesitat i un risc m\u00e9s elevat de patir problemes de salut cr\u00f2nics (sobretot cardiovasculars, diabetis i c\u00e0ncers).<\/p>\n<p>Les begudes ensucrades s\u00f3n les que contenen sucres afegits com ara begudes energ\u00e8tiques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Sab\u00edeu que si us mengeu unes galetes dinosaures us mengeu set culleradetes de sucre<\/em>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perqu\u00e8 la sal \u00e9s dolenta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La sal \u00e9s un condiment alimentari format per clorur de sodi. El consum excessiu de sal es relaciona amb m\u00e9s prevalen\u00e7a d\u2019hipertensi\u00f3 arterial, infarts, ictus,c\u00e0ncers d\u2019estomac i mortalitat en general.<\/p>\n<p>Un aliment t\u00e9 molta sal quan t\u00e9 1,25gr o m\u00e9s grams de sal per cada 100gr, i porta poca sal quan t\u00e9 0,25gr o menys per cada 100gr de l\u2019aliment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I qu\u00e8 passa amb la brioixeria?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per una banda la brioixeria industrial s\u00f3n aquests grups d\u2019aliments relacionats amb una mala qualitat de la nostra dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Ja que aquests aliments comporten una aportaci\u00f3 elevada de sucre,sal, greixos malsans i altres subst\u00e0ncies i components poc recomanables. Aix\u00f2 fa que, com m\u00e9s productes ultra processats es consumeixen, m\u00e9s risc hi ha de patir malalties i trastorns com la hipertensi\u00f3,diabetis, obesitat i alguns tipus de c\u00e0ncer.<\/p>\n<p>Per l\u2019altra banda la brioixeria forma part dels nostres esmorzars, berenars i festes de manera moltfreq\u00fcent, per\u00f2 no hauria de ser-ho.<\/p>\n<p>La causa d\u2019aix\u00f2 probablement sigui el seu baix cost i la facilitat per adquirir-la al costat de qualsevol escola.<\/p>\n<p>Els experts recomanen consumir-la de manera ocasional, \u00e9s a dir, de tan en tan, en ocasions especials&#8230; no setmanalment i molt menys di\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el seu consum diari acaba substituint a altres aliments m\u00e9s nutritius i beneficiosos per al nostre desenvolupament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les etiquetes dels productes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durant el projecte hem apr\u00e8s a\u00a0 llegir les etiquetes\u00a0 dels productes. En aquestes est\u00e0 el valor nutricional de l\u2019aliment. Com ara els hidrats de carboni, els sucres, la sal, la fibra,els greixos i moltes altres coses.<\/p>\n<p>Els productes de la brioixeria industrial contenen molts sucres i greixos, aproximadament un 80%.<\/p>\n<p>Per exemple les \u201c<em>Oreos\u201d<\/em> porten 38g\u00a0 de sucre,29\u20198g degreixos i 0\u201990mg de sal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<em>Sabeu quants grams de sucre i a al \u201cnesquik\u201d?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Al \u201c<em>Nesquik<\/em>\u201d hi ha 75g. de sucre per cada 100g. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que un pot de 400g cont\u00e9 300g de sucre!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escmarcelidomingotivissa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1054\/2019\/12\/mural-esmorzars.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1406 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escmarcelidomingotivissa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1054\/2019\/12\/mural-esmorzars.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"219\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escmarcelidomingotivissa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1054\/2019\/12\/mural-esmorzars.jpg 448w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escmarcelidomingotivissa\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1054\/2019\/12\/mural-esmorzars-300x147.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una alimentaci\u00f3 \u00a0saludable?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un esmorzar saludable poden ser fruits secs, l\u00e0ctics, entrepans i fruita fresca.<\/p>\n<p>La fruita fresca \u00e9s bona perqu\u00e8 porta vitamines, minerals i fibra. Catalunya produeix una gran varietat de fruita fresca (pera, poma, pr\u00e9ssec, nectarina, albercoc, taronja, cireres, etc&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>La fruita s\u2019ha de rentar b\u00e9 per tal de poder-la\u00a0 consumir, si escau, amb la pell.<\/p>\n<p>Un entrep\u00e0 al dia en qualsevol \u00e0pat \u00e9s una opci\u00f3 saludable, depenent del tipus de pa i els ingredients que s\u2019utilitzen, pot ser una soluci\u00f3 molt pr\u00e0ctica per resoldre un esmorzar, un berenar o, fins i tot, un dinar o un sopar.Els entrepans porten, b\u00e0sicament, hidrats de carboni, prote\u00efnes i precisament aquestes \u00faltimes s\u00f3n la part m\u00e9s vers\u00e0til, ja que ho podem combinar amb diversos aliments.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha aliments que, a m\u00e9s de proporcionar valor nutritiu, ens ajuden a no tindre tantes malalties.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns dels exemples s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les fruites seques perqu\u00e8 el tipus de greixos que contenen poden pervenir l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de malalties del cor, s\u00f3n molt f\u00e0cils de menjar i es poden portar amb una carmanyola.<\/li>\n<li>Els l\u00e0ctics descremats o amb greixos modificats (amb omega 3),perqu\u00e8 cal evitar els greixos continguts ala llet i als productes l\u00e0ctics (principalment els saturats). El consum de productes descremats pot millorar la prevenci\u00f3 de malalties cardiovasculars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Per acabar&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, us farem un petit resum sobre tot el que hem fet durant aquet projecte.<\/p>\n<p>Lo primer que vam fer va ser apuntar tot el que sab\u00edem sobre els esmorzars saludables. Quan ja en sab\u00edem una mica vam buscar informaci\u00f3 sobre el sucre, sal, brioixeria envasada, i la brioixeria artesanal.<\/p>\n<p>Vam explicar a la classe el que hav\u00edem apr\u00e8s. Despr\u00e8s vol\u00edem saber qu\u00e8 portaven els alumnes per esmorzar a l\u2019escola, per aquest motiu vam fer una graella dels esmorzars saludables, vam repartir-les per tota l\u2019escola i durant 10 dies van apuntar el que esmorzaven. M\u00e9s tard vam analitzar les dades amb el seg\u00fcent resultat.<\/p>\n<p><a
