{"id":2223,"date":"2020-03-28T22:59:39","date_gmt":"2020-03-28T21:59:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escllumsdelnord\/?page_id=2223"},"modified":"2022-07-25T13:36:34","modified_gmt":"2022-07-25T11:36:34","slug":"la-nostra-escola","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escllumsdelnord\/la-nostra-escola\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa \u00c0lber"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El Programa \u00c0lber neix a partir del desig d\u2019una professora de la Universitat de Lleida, la Gl\u00f2ria Jov\u00e9, de dissenyar i aplicar un programa preventiu que permet\u00e9s als nens i nenes desenvolupar aquelles capacitats que els condu\u00eds fins a l\u2019\u00e8xit escolar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Aquest projecte, per tant, es pot considerar una eina preventiva per desenvolupar capacitats i per adquirir habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques d\u2019acc\u00e9s al curr\u00edculum.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Els autors d\u2019aquest projecte, conjuntament amb la Gl\u00f2ria Jov\u00e9, s\u00f3n professionals de l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu que treballen per donar resposta a l\u2019heterogene\u00eftat dels alumnes, dels mestres i dels centres educatius. A l\u2019escola Pr\u00edncep de Viana el projecte \u00c0lber s\u2019aplica des del curs 2001-2002, inicialment es va desenvolupar a l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Infantil i actualment tamb\u00e9 es du a terme a l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A l\u2019Escola Llums del Nord treballem a partir del Programa \u00c0lber emprant una metodologia globalitzadora que parteix de l\u2019inter\u00e8s de l\u2019infant, del que ja sap i coneix i que treballa les diferents \u00e0rees del curr\u00edculum tot implicant a l\u2019alumnat, els mestres, les fam\u00edlies i l\u2019entorn. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El considerem una mesura universal per a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat a l\u2019aula. Ens permet utilitzar diversitat d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies organitzatives i metodol\u00f2giques per permetre que cada nen\/a faci el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge respecte les diferents compet\u00e8ncies socials, emocionals, cognitives, comunicatives&#8230; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00c9s un programa que integra:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Els 4 pilars de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 a l\u2019escola (Informe Delors):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>&#8211; Aprendre a fer: la compet\u00e8ncia necess\u00e0ria per a afrontar nombroses situacions i i fomentar el treballa en equip.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>&#8211; Aprendre a ser: desenvolupar la pr\u00f2pia personalitat i ser capa\u00e7 d\u2019actuar cada vegada\u00a0\u00a0amb m\u00e9s autonomia, seny i responsabilitat.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>&#8211; Aprendre a con\u00e8ixer: un coneixement ampli que pugui permetre aprofundir en un determinat nombre de mat\u00e8ries.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>&#8211; Aprendre a viure junts: desenvolupant la comprensi\u00f3 de l\u2019altre i la valoraci\u00f3 de la interdepend\u00e8ncia.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Els 7 principis de l\u2019aprenentatge:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>L\u2019ALUMNAT \u00c9S EL CENTRE DE L\u2019APRENENTATGE<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>L&#8217;alumnat \u00e9s el protagonista de l\u2019entorn d\u2019aprenentatge i, per tant, les activitats se centren en la seva cognici\u00f3 i el seu creixement.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>Les activitats d\u2019aprenentatge ajuden els estudiants a construir el seu aprenentatge a trav\u00e9s del comprom\u00eds i de l \u2019exploraci\u00f3 activa.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>L\u2019APRENENTATGE \u00c9S DE NATURALESA SOCIAL<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>La neuroci\u00e8ncia confirma que aprenem per mitj\u00e0 de la interacci\u00f3 social, de manera que l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge hauria de ser altament social. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>El treball cooperatiu en grup, organitzat i estructurat de manera adient, ha demostrat beneficis molt clars per aconseguir resultats i tamb\u00e9 a nivell conductual i afectiu. Els m\u00e8todes cooperatius s\u00f3n v\u00e0lids per a tots els estudiants, ja que, ben aplicats, impulsen els alumnes de totes les capacitats. La recerca personal i l\u2019estudi aut\u00f2nom tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n importants. Hi hauria d\u2019haver m\u00e9s oportunitats per a l\u2019aprenentatge aut\u00f2nom a mesura que els estudiants evolucionen.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>LES EMOCIONS S\u00d3N PART INTEGRAL DE L\u2019APRENENTATGE<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>Cognici\u00f3 + Emoci\u00f3 + Motivaci\u00f3 = APRENENTATGE<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>L\u2019APRENENTATGE HA DE TENIR EN COMPTE LES DIFER\u00c8NCIES INDIVIDUALS <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>Coneixement previ, capacitats, concepte d\u2019aprenentatge, estils i estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019aprenentatge, inter\u00e8s, motivaci\u00f3, creen\u00e7a sobre l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia pr\u00f2pia i emocions. Al mateix temps, assolir la superaci\u00f3 no hauria de comportar per a ning\u00fa una inversi\u00f3 de temps significativa.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>L\u2019AVALUACI\u00d3 CONTINUADA AFAVOREIX L\u2019APRENENTATGE<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>Cal que l\u2019entorn d\u2019aprenentatge sigui molt clar pel que fa a all\u00f2 que s\u2019espera dels alumnes, a all\u00f2 que fan i a per qu\u00e8 ho fan. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><i style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'Tw Cen MT', sans-serif;\">APRENDRE \u00c9S CONSTRUIR RELACIONS HORITZONTALS entre \u00e0rees de coneixement<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>\u00c9s important la capacitat dels alumnes de veure connexions i \u201cconnectivitat horitzontal\u201d entre l\u2019entorn d\u2019aprenentatge formal, l\u2019entorn m\u00e9s ampli i la societat en general. <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>L \u2019aprenentatge aut\u00e8ntic, que promou aquestes connexions, tamb\u00e9 fomenta una comprensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s profunda.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, respon als principis del DUA (Disseny Universal per a l\u2019Aprenentatge):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escllumsdelnord\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1797\/2022\/07\/DUA.pdf\">DUA<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Com el projectem a l&#8217;aula?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Els infants s\u00f3n els protagonistes del seu aprenentatge (aprendre a con\u00e8ixer); per tant, flexibilitzem el curr\u00edculum i les activitats se centren en la seva cognici\u00f3 i el seu creixement fent que resulti gratificant el fet de con\u00e8ixer, descobrir i aprendre per tal d\u2019entendre el m\u00f3n que els envolta. Donem molta import\u00e0ncia a la capacitat de l\u2019alumnat a fer connexions entre la quotidianitat i l\u2019entorn d\u2019aprenentatge escolar. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Aprendre a fer: volem que l\u2019infant arribi a ser una persona competent i pugui traslladar el coneixement a situacions noves\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad per tal de poder desenvolupar-se d\u2019una manera \u00f2ptima en la seva futura vida professional, treballant la capacitat de comunicar, de cooperar amb els altres, de dirigir, de resoldre conflictes&#8230; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Vetllem per la cohesi\u00f3 de grup, proporcionant un marc igualitari i objectius comuns per tal d\u2019eliminar prejudicis entre les persones i afavorint la cooperaci\u00f3. (Aprendre a conviure)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tw Cen MT, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Vinculem la cognici\u00f3, el treball emocional i la motivaci\u00f3 per tal de facilitar l\u2019aprenentatge dels nostres infants. Considerem les emocions com part integral de l\u2019aprenentatge. El curs 2017-2018 des de Serveis Territorials de Girona, ens van proposar ser escola pilot de refer\u00e8ncia d\u2019escoles innovadores.
