D\u2019entre tots els precursors d\u2019aquest terme podem esmentar a Wallon, J. Piaget, Maria Montessori o O.Decroly; i \u00e9s gr\u00e0cies a tots ells que s\u2019ha aconseguit comprendre la necessitat d\u2019interrelacionar l\u2019aspecte psicol\u00f2gic amb l\u2019org\u00e0nic i l\u2019entorn. Una integraci\u00f3 que precisament es dona en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 psicomotora, on es desenvolupa la capacitat de controlar la ment sobre el moviment de l\u2019organisme. D\u2019aquesta manera es poden avaluar les habilitats del nen i de la nena com a trav\u00e9s de les seves accions, moviments, percepcions i de la maduraci\u00f3 fisiol\u00f2gica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4637\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esclariba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu751\/2018\/03\/P.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"571\" height=\"321\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esclariba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu751\/2018\/03\/P.jpg 571w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esclariba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu751\/2018\/03\/P-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 571px) 100vw, 571px\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Aix\u00ed doncs, entenem l\u2019infant com un \u00e9sser global, amb una total interrelaci\u00f3 entre els aspectes motrius, efectius, emocionals, socials i cognitius. Mitjan\u00e7ant la psicomotricitat vivencial potenciem una activitat espont\u00e0nia amb la qual els m\u00e9s petits coneguin el seu cos i explorin les seves possibilitats, sota un marc l\u00fadic i relaxat. Tamb\u00e9 utilitzem el joc lliure com una eina fonamental que, sense deixar de divertir-se, els ajuda a relacionar-se, organitzar-se, posar-se d\u2019acord en les normes, ser aut\u00f2noms, o buscar estrat\u00e8gies, entre d\u2019altres. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">A l\u2019aula tenim un espai amb llibres de jocs psicomotrius on els nens\/es poden anar anotant durant la setmana quins jocs els hi agradaria dur a terme. Parlem dels jocs que ens agradaria dur a terme i tamb\u00e9 recordem que \u00e9s molt important compartir, \u00a0col<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u00b7<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">laborar amb els grup, cuidar el material, etc. I, sobretot, recordem que <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>tots som amics.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">S\u2019inicia el joc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Fem relaxaci\u00f3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Si el temps ens ho permet, \u00a0fem la psicomotricitat a la pista, ja que \u00e9s un espai obert on els nens\/es poden moure\u2019s amb m\u00e9s llibertat. All\u00ed, duem a terme els dos o tres jocs que proposem entre tots\/es i despr\u00e9s aprofitem l\u2019espai per fer joc lliure (saltar la corda, jugar amb els cercles, jugar a futbol, a b\u00e0squet&#8230;). \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">De vegades, fem la psicomotricitat a l\u2019aula de psicomotricitat on aprofitem per fer un circuit amb diferents materials que ens permeten treballar les diferents qualitats f\u00edsiques. A m\u00e9s aprofitem per fer joc simb\u00f2lic amb teles, matalassos i cercles, entre d\u2019altres, on els infants imiten la realitat o inventen hist\u00f2ries i es van endinsant en el coneixement d\u2019ells mateixos i dels altres, aix\u00ed com en el m\u00f3n dels sentiments i de les emocions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4639\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esclariba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu751\/2018\/03\/P1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"461\" height=\"346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esclariba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu751\/2018\/03\/P1.jpg 461w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esclariba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu751\/2018\/03\/P1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esclariba\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu751\/2018\/03\/P1-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 461px) 100vw, 461px\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Aquests s\u00f3n alguns dels jocs que hem dut a terme durant aquest curs:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">La sabateta: fem un cercle i el que para ha de deixar la sabata darrera d\u2019un nen\/a i aquest la d\u2019atrapar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">El sem\u00e0for: la mestra t\u00e9 tres papers de color del sem\u00e0for i els nens\/es hauran d\u2019estar atents al color que surt. Verd (han d\u2019anar r\u00e0pid), color groc (han d\u2019anar a poc a poc) i vermell (han de parar). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Els cercles: la mestra toca el timbal i quan deixa de sonar han de buscar un cercle. Tamb\u00e9 ho fem pels colors del cercle, com per exemple: quan deixa de sonar el timbal han de ficar-se a dins del cercle de color lila.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Els ratolins: tots ens posem una cua i hem d\u2019anar a buscar-ne m\u00e9s. Els nens\/es han de c\u00f3rrer perqu\u00e8 no els hi prenguin i a la vegada aconseguir-ne m\u00e9s. Hi ha un lloc que \u00e9s la casa, all\u00ed estan salvats.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Cel, terra, mar: amb una corda estirada al terra els hi expliquem que la corda es la Terra, si salten en darrera \u00e9s el cel i si salten davant de la corda \u00e9s el mar. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">El rei: ens posem en fila i ens movem per la pista un darrera l\u2019altre. El nen\/a que est\u00e0 al davant \u00e9s el rei o la reina. Aquest haur\u00e0 de fer un moviment i els altres nens\/es l\u2019imitaran. Aquest joc \u00e9s molt divertit! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">A mi m\u2019agrada&#8230;: fem un cercle i un nen\/a es posa al mig i ha de dir qu\u00e8 li agrada, com per exemple: a mi m\u2019agrada ballar aix\u00ed&#8230; i tot el grup hem de fer el mateix. \u00c9s un joc s\u00faper divertit.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Els paquets: quan la mestra diu \u201cpaquets de 2\u201d, els nens\/es han de buscar una parella. De sobte, la mestra diu: \u201cpaquets de 3!\u201d i es nens\/es han de comptar i agrupar-se de 3 en 3&#8230; \u201cPaquets de 4\u201d, \u201cPaquets de 12!!!\u201d, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Conills al cau: quatre nens\/es fan de cau \u00a0(amb els bra\u00e7os oberts) i la resta fan de conills. Tots els conills \u00e9s mouen per la pista i els caus es queden quiets. Quan la mestra diu \u201cconills al cau!!\u201d tots salten com a conillets i van a dins del cau. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Rounded MT Bold', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Imaginem que&#8230;: els hi preguntem on els agradaria anar.
