Aquest mes d\u2019agost, tres mestres i un membre del personal administratiu de la nostra escola hem tingut l\u2019oportunitat de participar en una experi\u00e8ncia de Job Shadowing a la Killeen National School, situada a Killeen, a la zona de Louisburgh, al comtat de Mayo, a la costa oest d\u2019Irlanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aquesta mobilitat, emmarcada en el programa Erasmus+, ens ha perm\u00e8s con\u00e8ixer de primera m\u00e0 el funcionament d\u2019una escola irlandesa, observar diferents maneres de treballar i compartir experi\u00e8ncies amb els professionals de Killeen National School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durant la nostra estada hem pogut con\u00e8ixer l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre, les metodologies i recursos que utilitzen a les aules i diferents aspectes de la vida quotidiana de l\u2019escola. A m\u00e9s de l\u2019aprenentatge professional, aquesta mobilitat ha estat una magn\u00edfica oportunitat per compartir idees, establir nous vincles amb professionals d\u2019un altre pa\u00eds i con\u00e8ixer una realitat educativa diferent de la nostra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tornem amb noves idees, nous aprenentatges i, sobretot, amb moltes ganes de continuar compartint tot all\u00f2 que hem descobert durant aquesta experi\u00e8ncia Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This August, three teachers and one member of our school\u2019s administrative staff had the opportunity to take part in a Job Shadowing experience at Killeen National School, located in Killeen, in the Louisburgh area of County Mayo, on the west coast of Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This mobility experience, carried out as part of the Erasmus+ programme, allowed us to gain first-hand insight into how an Irish school operates, observe different ways of working, and share experiences with the professionals at Killeen National School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our stay, we were able to learn about the school\u2019s organisation, the teaching methodologies and resources used in the classrooms, and different aspects of everyday school life. In addition to the professional learning, this mobility experience was a wonderful opportunity to share ideas, build new connections with professionals from another country, and discover an educational setting that differs from our own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are back with new ideas, new learning experiences and, above all, great enthusiasm for continuing to share everything we have discovered during this Erasmus+ experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
