Ha aterrat a la Terra perqu\u00e8 vol aprendre a viure com ho fem nosaltres, per\u00f2 no coneix gaire els nostres h\u00e0bits. Per aix\u00f2, <\/span><b>els nens i nenes s\u2019han convertit en els seus guies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquest fil conductor, hem treballat diferents aspectes dels <\/span><b>h\u00e0bits saludables<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, com ara:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La higiene personal<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El descans i l\u2019\u00fas responsable de les pantalles<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019activitat f\u00edsica<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El benestar emocional<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cada sessi\u00f3, en Zog cometia un error perqu\u00e8 no coneixia els nostres costums: comprava nom\u00e9s dol\u00e7os, no es rentava mai, es quedava mirant pantalles fins tard, o no feia gens d\u2019exercici&#8230; Els infants l\u2019han ajudat a entendre <\/span><b>qu\u00e8 vol dir viure de manera saludable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important per al nostre cos i el nostre benestar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem treballat aquests continguts a trav\u00e9s de <\/span><b>petites hist\u00f2ries, converses, jocs, manualitats, activitats cooperatives i comprensions lectores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Com a cloenda d\u2019aquestes activitats, hem enregistrat un v\u00eddeo on li donem consells al Zog per a que recordi els h\u00e0bits saludables de la Terra i els hi expliqui als seus amics del seu planeta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1Mfyi94ZW7-mzcR88rH21qni0ggg1cwMs?usp=drive_link\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podeu veure el v\u00eddeo a trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquest enlla\u00e7.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us animem a parlar amb els vostres fills i filles sobre el que han descobert amb en Zog.
