L&#8217;experiment consistia en: tallar a trossos una col llombarda, barrejar-la amb alcohol, triturar-la barreja i exprimir la pasta resultant.<br \/>\nParal\u00b7lelament, hav\u00edem preparat 3 tubs d&#8217;assaig: un d\u00b4ells contenia aigua de l&#8217;aixeta, un altre suc de llimona i, el tercer, una dissoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua i bicarbonat de sodi.<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3, vam afegir unes gotes del suc de la col llombarda i l&#8217;alcohol als tres tubs d&#8217;assaig i vam observar com canviaven de color.
