En aquesta edici\u00f3, el programa els ha portat a Finl\u00e0ndia, un pa\u00eds amb un sistema educatiu reconegut mundialment per la seva innovaci\u00f3 i qualitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant la seva estada, els mestres han assistit a un curs de formaci\u00f3 enfocat a con\u00e8ixer el sistema educatiu finland\u00e8s i entendre els principis de la metodologia STEAM (Ci\u00e8ncia, Tecnologia, Enginyeria, Arts i Matem\u00e0tiques). Aquesta formaci\u00f3 els ha perm\u00e8s comprendre com el sistema educatiu finland\u00e8s promou un aprenentatge personalitzat, basat en la confian\u00e7a i la flexibilitat, i com la integraci\u00f3 de les disciplines STEAM facilita una educaci\u00f3 interdisciplin\u00e0ria que fomenta la creativitat i la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica, Toni i Mireia han tingut l\u2019oportunitat de visitar diverses escoles per veure com es treballa el sistema educatiu a la pr\u00e0ctica.<\/span><b> El dimecres 5 de febrer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, van visitar l&#8217;escola de secund\u00e0ria <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ouka.fi\/osyk\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OSYC<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on van poder observar els m\u00e8todes de treball aplicats en les assignatures de secund\u00e0ria. <\/span><b>El dijous 6 de febrer,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> van visitar l\u2019escola de prim\u00e0ria <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ouka.fi\/rajakylan-koulu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rajakyl\u00e4<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on van veure com es duu a terme l\u2019aprenentatge a trav\u00e9s de la metodologia STEAM en un entorn educatiu din\u00e0mic. Finalment, <\/span><b>el divendres 7 de febrer,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> van visitar l\u2019escola de prim\u00e0ria <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ouka.fi\/hintan-koulu\/koulumme\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hintta<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on van poder veure una altra manera d&#8217;aplicar aquestes metodologies i compartir pr\u00e0ctiques amb els mestres locals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquestes visites, els mestres de la Garriga van poder explorar els espais educatius i observar de prop les activitats que es duen a terme a les aules, aix\u00ed com intercanviar pr\u00e0ctiques educatives amb els docents finlandesos. Van quedar impressionats per la manera en qu\u00e8 les escoles finlandeses integren la tecnologia i fomenten la participaci\u00f3 activa dels alumnes en el seu aprenentatge. A m\u00e9s, van poder portar algunes de les pr\u00e0ctiques observades a les aules de les escoles visitades i compartir-les amb els seus companys a l\u2019escola Pinetons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta experi\u00e8ncia els ha perm\u00e8s con\u00e8ixer noves eines i t\u00e8cniques que podran aplicar a les seves aules i ajudar\u00e0 a enriquir la tasca educativa de l\u2019escola. Toni i Mireia han destacat la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019intercanvi de coneixements entre mestres, que els permet continuar millorant les seves metodologies i adaptar-les a les necessitats dels seus alumnes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els mestres de l\u2019escola Pinetons han agra\u00eft aquesta oportunitat d\u2019aprendre d\u2019un dels sistemes educatius m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ats del m\u00f3n, i estan segurs que aquesta experi\u00e8ncia enriquir\u00e0 la seva feina di\u00e0ria i contribuir\u00e0 a continuar millorant l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dels\u00a0 alumnes. In this edition, the program took them to Finland, a country with an education system recognized worldwide for its innovation and quality.<\/p>\n<p>During their stay, the teachers attended a training course focused on learning about the Finnish education system and understanding the principles of the STEAM methodology (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). This training allowed them to understand how the Finnish education system promotes personalized learning, based on trust and flexibility, and how the integration of STEAM disciplines facilitates interdisciplinary education that fosters creativity and problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the theoretical training, Toni and Mireia had the opportunity to visit several schools to see how the education system works in practice. On Wednesday, February 5, they visited the OSYC secondary school, where they were able to observe the teaching methods applied in secondary school subjects. On Thursday, February 6, they visited the Rajakyl\u00e4 primary school, where they saw how learning is carried out through the STEAM methodology in a dynamic educational environment. Finally, on Friday, February 7, they visited the Hintta primary school, where they observed another way of applying these methodologies and exchanged practices with the local teachers.<\/p>\n<p>During these visits, the teachers from La Garriga had the chance to explore educational spaces and closely observe the activities carried out in the classrooms, as well as exchange educational practices with Finnish teachers. They were impressed by how Finnish schools integrate technology and encourage active student participation in their learning. Furthermore, they were able to bring some of the practices they observed in the visited schools back to their classrooms and share them with their colleagues at Pinetons School.<\/p>\n<p>This experience has allowed them to discover new tools and techniques that they can apply in their classrooms, enriching the educational work at their school. Toni and Mireia emphasized the importance of knowledge exchange between teachers, which allows them to continuously improve their methodologies and adapt them to the needs of their students.<\/p>\n<p>The teachers from Pinetons School are grateful for the opportunity to learn from one of the most advanced education systems in the world, and they are confident that this experience will enrich their daily work and contribute to improving the education of their students.
