Ens agrupem per internivells un grup redu\u00eft de nens i nenes de P3, P4 i P5. Primer fem una rotllana asseguts com un indi. Cantem la <em>can\u00e7\u00f3 &#8220;I am Happy I am Good&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>i juguem amb les cartes d&#8217;Eduioga que ens ensenyen les postures de ioga. En cada sessi\u00f3 fem unes nou postures: la granota, la tortuga, el gat i el gos, el lle\u00f3, la mitja lluna, l&#8217;arbre, el pont, la cobra, etc. Sempre comencem i acabem amb la papallona perqu\u00e8 ens agrada molt. Al final, diem la postura que m\u00e9s ens ha agradat.
