{"id":2397,"date":"2024-02-15T15:35:14","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T14:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/?p=2397"},"modified":"2024-02-19T12:32:22","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T11:32:22","slug":"la-docencia-compartida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/comunitat-de-petits\/la-docencia-compartida\/","title":{"rendered":"La doc\u00e8ncia compartida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A la nostra escola fem servir la doc\u00e8ncia compartida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aquesta metodologia, que es porta a terme en les tres comunitats de l\u2019escola (petits, mitjans i grans) consisteix a tenir dos docents a l\u2019aula atenent conjuntament tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apostem per aquesta metodologia per poder atendre a la diversitat de manera inclusiva, dins la mateixa aula i amb el seu grup d\u2019infants, per afavorir un canvi en les metodologies d&#8217;ensenyament i per compartir les mirades, el coneixement i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 dels alumnes en el mateix moment que es dona l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2424\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web-1024x771.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"771\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web-1024x771.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web-300x226.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web-768x578.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web-1536x1157.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esceduardtoda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2096\/2024\/02\/Foto-Web.jpg 2040w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pels infants, la doc\u00e8ncia compartida afavoreix els seg\u00fcents aspectes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a al grup.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El fet que qualsevol docent sigui el seu referent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019aprenentatge entre iguals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Compartir contextos d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un major coneixement compartit per part dels docents<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per\u00f2 els beneficis de la doc\u00e8ncia compartida no es queden aqu\u00ed, ja que es tracta d\u2019una organitzaci\u00f3 en comunitat on tothom s\u2019enriqueix, no nom\u00e9s l\u2019alumnat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pels mestres suposa un aprenentatge entre iguals: entre l\u2019alumnat i els docents i entre els mateixos docents.
