{"id":19992,"date":"2023-02-17T08:35:48","date_gmt":"2023-02-17T07:35:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escbusquetsipunset\/?p=19992"},"modified":"2023-11-29T13:30:41","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T12:30:41","slug":"plans-de-treball-a-primaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escbusquetsipunset\/general\/plans-de-treball-a-primaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Plans de Treball a Prim\u00e0ria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Benvolgudes fam\u00edlies,<\/p>\n<p>La necessitat de treballar els diversos tipus de sabers a l&#8217;escola ens fa plantejar propostes diferents dins d&#8217;unes metodologies concretes.<\/p>\n<p>Com ja sabeu, els plans de treball s\u00f3n l&#8217;eina m\u00e9s emprada a Prim\u00e0ria per regular les decisions de l&#8217;alumnat i promoure que es desenvolupi la seva autonomia<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">. Si pretenem que l&#8217;alumnat es faci aut\u00f2nom una de les millors maneres de demostrar-ho \u00e9s permetent que prenguin decisions i que aconsegueixin els recursos i els estris necessaris per portar-ho a terme sense la nostra ajuda directa. Aquesta pr\u00e0ctica educativa ha estat reconeguda pel Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 com una pr\u00e0ctica de refer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica a Catalunya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Us expliquem con ens organitzem i en qu\u00e8 consisteixen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORGANITZACI\u00d3 DELS ESPAIS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;hora d&#8217;organitzar l&#8217;espai volem aconseguir un entorn proper a l&#8217;alumnat que faciliti la interacci\u00f3 entre els dos grups d&#8217;un mateix nivell. Per aix\u00f2 disposem de dues aules i un tros de passad\u00eds que busquem que convidin a actuar, els proposi desig d&#8217;acci\u00f3 i relaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escbusquetsipunset\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1595\/2023\/02\/Organitzacio-espai.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-19993\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escbusquetsipunset\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1595\/2023\/02\/Organitzacio-espai-300x160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escbusquetsipunset\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1595\/2023\/02\/Organitzacio-espai-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escbusquetsipunset\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1595\/2023\/02\/Organitzacio-espai.jpg 483w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A Prim\u00e0ria, transformem les dues classes d&#8217;un mateix nivell en dos espais d&#8217;utilitzaci\u00f3 comuna per a tots dos grups en les franges de pla de treball. Aquest \u00e9s un punt clau de la nostra organitzaci\u00f3. Trobem atractiva la idea de compartir l&#8217;espai, els materials, les activitats.. Desitgem que aquesta ordenaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espai constitueixi una refer\u00e8ncia que estructuri positivament l&#8217;activitat i el treball dels grups classe, afavorint aix\u00ed l&#8217;equilibri i l&#8217;harmonia entre les relacions que s&#8217;hi estableixin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ORGANITZACI\u00d3 DE L&#8217;ALUMNAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En aquestes franges hor\u00e0ries l&#8217;alumnat es mou de manera espont\u00e0nia i aut\u00f2noma, tenint en compte el seu pla de treball o l&#8217;itinerari de racons que s&#8217;hagi plantejat a l&#8217;aula. Pot comen\u00e7ar a treballar en propostes que ja t\u00e9 comen\u00e7ades o b\u00e9 iniciar-ne de noves nom\u00e9s consultant el seu full de registre.<\/p>\n<p>Afavorim la interacci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;alumnat i potenciem diferents tipus d&#8217;agrupament procurant que dins de cada espai sigui possible realitzar activitats individualment, per parelles o en petit grup. Aquestes situacions les regulem f\u00e0cilment amb la distribuci\u00f3 del mobiliari i\/o especificant-les en els seus plans de treball.<\/p>\n<p>A inicis de setmana el professorat presenta el Pla de Treball als infants i els hi entrega el seu full de registre. La durada del pla de treball pot variar en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entrenament que tingui l&#8217;alumnat amb aquesta eina. Al primer cicle de prim\u00e0ria acostuma a iniciar-se dins d&#8217;una mateixa franja i amb poques propostes, utilitzant la pissarra per a poder portar un registre. Estem immersos en un proc\u00e9s de creaci\u00f3 de materials tenint en compte una s\u00e8rie de premisses.
