Les pr\u00e0ctiques de mindfulness a l\u2019escola ajuden a millorar l\u2019 atenci\u00f3 i concentraci\u00f3 afavorint l\u2019aprenentatge, permeten experimentar majors moments de calma i benestar en els infants i desenvolupen habilitats per afavorir les relacions personals.
