Uns dels aspectes m\u00e9s destacats d\u2019aquesta formaci\u00f3 \u00a0\u00e9s el <strong>Projecte HAPPY<\/strong> ; projecte que es desenvolupa entre l<a href=\"http:\/\/www.udl.cat\/ca\/serveis\/oficina\/Noticies\/Efectivitat-del-videojoc-educatiu-de-la-UdL-contra-el-bullying\/\">a Universitat de Lleida<\/a> i algunes escoles de la comarca<\/p>\n<p><strong>Happy<\/strong> \u00e9s un \u00a0videojoc desenvolupat per la Universitat de Lleida (UdL) per <strong>resoldre conflictes a l&#8217;aula i prevenir el\u00a0<\/strong><em>bullying<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>o assetjament entre iguals &#8220;\u00e9s una eina \u00fatil per al professorat i molt motivadora per a l&#8217;alumnat de cara a reduir el nombre conflictes, disminuir l&#8217;ansietat i millorar el seu rendiment acad\u00e8mic&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El personatge principal es veu immers en 25 conflictes quotidians, que poden oc\u00f3rrer tant dins del context educatiu com en el familiar. Durant el transcurs del joc, els alumnes protagonitzen els tres rols que es poden diferenciar en una situaci\u00f3 de maltractament: agressor, v\u00edctima i espectador. Per avan\u00e7ar, aprenen a gestionar diferents compet\u00e8ncies: consci\u00e8ncia emocional, regulaci\u00f3 de les emocions, autonomia emocional, compet\u00e8ncia social i compet\u00e8ncies de vida i benestar.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats quantitatius en centres que fa un temps que l\u2019implementen indiquen que els programes milloren significativament les compet\u00e8ncies emocionals de l&#8217;alumnat, el clima\u00a0 de l&#8217;escola i el rendiment acad\u00e8mic, disminuint l&#8217;ansietat. Les mitjanes de les diferents dimensions augmenten significativament a nivell estad\u00edstic en el grup experimental despr\u00e9s de la intervenci\u00f3, cosa que no passa en el grup control. El 100% dels enquestats ha pres consci\u00e8ncia de la import\u00e0ncia de resoldre conflictes de manera assertiva, ha posat en pr\u00e0ctica estrat\u00e8gies de regulaci\u00f3 emocional, i se sent
