{"id":1159,"date":"2019-06-24T21:40:38","date_gmt":"2019-06-24T19:40:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escaixart\/?page_id=1159"},"modified":"2024-10-15T10:02:04","modified_gmt":"2024-10-15T08:02:04","slug":"reunions-inici-de-curs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/escaixart\/documents\/documents-de-gestio-i-sortides\/reunions-inici-de-curs\/","title":{"rendered":"Reunions Inici de Curs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>INFORMACIONS PER LES FAM\u00cdLIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Entrades a l\u2019escola<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil les fam\u00edlies podeu entrar fins l\u2019aula durant el primer trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes de prim\u00e0ria entren sols a les aules.<\/p>\n<p>A les sortides, els alumnes d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil surten per la porta del pati, els alumnes de prim\u00e0ria per la porta d\u2019entrada a l\u2019escola i els alumnes de transport per la porta del carrer Torroella.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Correus electr\u00f2nics<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les informacions generals d\u2019escola: Calendari anual (al setembre), calendari mensual (a l\u2019inici de cada mes) aix\u00ed com altres informacions que puguin ser del vostre inter\u00e8s les rebreu via correu electr\u00f2nic. El correu tindr\u00e0 el t\u00edtol \u201cINFORMACI\u00d3 FAM\u00cdLIES ESCOLA AIXART\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Material d\u2019aula<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els llibres de l\u2019escola s\u00f3n socialitzats. Cal dir per\u00f2, que l\u2019alumnat \u00a0de prim\u00e0ria utilitza un quadern d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies lectores que s\u2019haur\u00e0 adquirir en comen\u00e7ar l\u2019any. Els alumnes d\u2019infantil tamb\u00e9 \u00a0hauran d\u2019adquirir un material cada any.<\/p>\n<p>Dins la quota de material que pagueu les fam\u00edlies s\u2019inclou tot all\u00f2 que necessita l\u2019alumnat (material per escriure i pintar, llibretes, carpetes&#8230;). Els materials passaran de curs amb els alumnes i es renovar\u00e0 sempre que sigui necessari.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Agenda<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019agenda \u00e9s un mitj\u00e0 de comunicaci\u00f3 entre fam\u00edlies i escola. S\u2019utilitza per escriure els deures i les informacions que us han d\u2019arribar.<\/p>\n<p>Tota la informaci\u00f3 de les sortides la rebreu a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019agenda.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Proves d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 internes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es passen proves de velocitat, expressi\u00f3 escrita, comprensi\u00f3 lectora i matem\u00e0tiques peri\u00f2dicament. Es fa un buidatge per tal de tenir un punt de partida del nivell en qu\u00e8 es troben els alumnes. A partir d\u2019aquest buidatge es prenen decisions per realitzar possibles actuacions amb l\u2019alumnat que ho necessiti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Avaluaci\u00f3 i lliurament d\u2019informes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A infantil es lliuren dos informes al gener i al juny i a prim\u00e0ria tres informes a l\u2019inici de gener, a l\u2019abril i al juny. L\u2019informe del mes d\u2019abril \u00e9s un informe d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Entrevistes amb les fam\u00edlies<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una entrevista conjunta on es convocar\u00e0 a totes les fam\u00edlies del grup a comen\u00e7ament de curs.<\/li>\n<li>Entrevista obligat\u00f2ria individual amb cadascuna de les fam\u00edlies durant el segon trimestre.<\/li>\n<li>Entrevista individual a demanda de la fam\u00edlia durant la darrera setmana de juny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es poden sol\u00b7licitar entrevistes sempre que es consideri necessari.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Abs\u00e8ncies i retards dels alumnes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cal comunicar quan el vostre fill\/a no assisteixi al centre ho podeu fer via agenda, via correu electr\u00f2nic a l\u2019escola o comunicant-ho presencialment a l\u2019escola a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una persona adulta.<\/p>\n<p>Si no rebem la comunicaci\u00f3 us trucarem.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Objectes perduts<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019entrada de l\u2019escola hi ha un bagul on es guarden totes les peces de roba i altres objectes perduts. Al final de cada trimestre es fa una revisi\u00f3 i s\u2019envia un correu a les fam\u00edlies, si no es reclama, tota la roba es porta a C\u00e0rites.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La psicomotricitat (I3, I4 i I5) es realitza a l\u2019escola,\u00a0 Can\u00a0 Geli de l\u2019Era o al pavell\u00f3. L\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica (de1r a 6\u00e8) es realitza a l\u2019escola, en el camp de futbol o en el pavell\u00f3 d\u2019esport de Cervi\u00e0 de Ter. Per poder realitzar l\u2019activitat els alumnes han de portar xandall i cal\u00e7at c\u00f2mode. Des d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica es realitzen diverses activitats: la bicicletada, el Rodajoc del Consell esportiu del Giron\u00e8s&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Matinals<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Les matinals.<\/u> Sorgeixen de la idea de millorar dia a dia el pati i fomentar la capacitat art\u00edstica dels alumnes (amb col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies) a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3 de diferents actuacions i paraules. En aquest projecte hi participa tota la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Medicaments<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La normativa no ens permet subministrar cap tipus de medicament als alumnes.
