Per poder administrar la medicaci\u00f3 es necessita:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El medicament, que proporcionar\u00e0 la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recepta m\u00e8dica, on s\u2019especifiqui dosi i horari d\u2019administraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 signada per la mare, pare o tutor legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/Y332_188.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/Y332_188.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administraci\u00f3 de paracetamol<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per administrar paracetamol a l&#8217;alumnat a les escoles, cal tenir l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 del pare, mare o tutor, que s\u2019ha de demanar en el moment de matriculaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/Y332_188.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/Y332_188.pdf<\/a><br>\u200b<br>\u200bDavant d\u2019un alumne\/a amb febre de 38 \u00baC o m\u00e9s l\u2019escola ha de contactar amb el pare, mare o tutor i demanar-li que el reculli tan aviat com pugui. Mentrestant, si la febre \u00e9s igual o superior a 38 \u00baC es recomana administrar un antit\u00e8rmic\/analg\u00e8sic. El f\u00e0rmac de refer\u00e8ncia i m\u00e9s utilitzat arreu \u00e9s el paracetamol, per la seva bona toler\u00e0ncia i la relativa abs\u00e8ncia d\u2019efectes secundaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que no es tracti d\u2019una urg\u00e8ncia, un alumne\/a amb febre no ha de quedar-se a l\u2019escola fins que finalitzi la jornada escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies aliment\u00e0ries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bLa fam\u00edlia de l\u2019alumne\/a amb al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia aliment\u00e0ria, ha d\u2019informar-ne els responsables del centre educatiu a l\u2019inici de l\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 o quan en tingui coneixement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fam\u00edlia ha d\u2019aportar al centre la documentaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informe m\u00e8dic signat per l\u2019equip sanitari responsable, on han de constar totes les dades de la malaltia de l&#8217;alumne\/a, les actuacions que cal fer i els tel\u00e8fons dels referents sanitaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Impr\u00e8s signat amb la recollida d\u2019informaci\u00f3 on es detalla el tipus d\u2019al\u00b7l\u00e8rgia de l\u2019alumne\/a, les vies d\u2019entrada i el tipus de reacci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A310.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A310.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Impr\u00e8s de sol\u00b7licitud signat i autoritzaci\u00f3 d\u2019administraci\u00f3 de la medicaci\u00f3 prescrita i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica prescrita i pautada pel metge o metgessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A311.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A311.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diabetis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La fam\u00edlia de l&#8217;alumnat amb diabetis ha d&#8217;informar els responsables del centre educatiu a l&#8217;nici de l&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 o quan es tingui coneixement que l&#8217;alumne\/a pateix la malaltia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actuacions que cal seguir en el centre quan es produeix aquesta situaci\u00f3 estan detallades en el document \u200bModel d\u2019atenci\u00f3 dels infants amb diabetis en l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar\u200b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;acord amb aquest model, la fam\u00edlia ha d\u2019aportar al centre la documentaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informe m\u00e8dic signat per l\u2019equip sanitari responsable, on han de constar totes les dades de la malaltia de l\u2019alumne\/a i els tel\u00e8fons dels referents sanitaris<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Impr\u00e8s signat de sol\u00b7licitud de control de glucosa a l&#8217;alumnat amb diabetis i autoritzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 d\u2019insulina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A314.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A314.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Impr\u00e8s signat de sol\u00b7licitud i autoritzaci\u00f3 d\u2019administraci\u00f3 de glucag\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumnat amb diabetis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A315.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A315.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El centre educatiu ha de comunicar al centre d\u2019atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria m\u00e9s proper l\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 d\u2019un alumne\/a amb diabetis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A316.pdf\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/SeguretatSalut\/A316.pdf\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b\u200bRecomanacions elaborades per la Societat Catalana de Pediatria i pel Departament de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el cas que es detectin polls, l\u2019escola informar\u00e0 la fam\u00edlia afectada i a la resta de fam\u00edlies del grup classe per poder dur a terme la desparasitaci\u00f3 pertinent.
