{"id":10668,"date":"2025-03-20T12:04:19","date_gmt":"2025-03-20T11:04:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc21dabril-aldea\/?p=10668"},"modified":"2025-09-19T15:58:04","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T13:58:04","slug":"programa-florence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc21dabril-aldea\/general\/programa-florence\/","title":{"rendered":"Ens inciem al programa Florence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b7aab554983cefd09518d0eb12fbdc40\"><strong>Aquest curs ens hem iniciat al programa <em>Florence<\/em>, un projecte innovador dedicat a potenciar l\u2019aprenentatge de les matem\u00e0tiques.<\/strong><br><br>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 posa en marxa el<strong>\u00a0programa de millora de la compet\u00e8ncia matem\u00e0tica de l\u2019alumnat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica<\/strong>, el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/nou-curriculum\/educacio-basica\/projecte-florence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>programa Florence<\/strong><\/a>. En aquesta \u00e0rea, s&#8217;evidencia que l&#8217;alumnat catal\u00e0 t\u00e9 dificultats d&#8217;aprenentatge en els problemes de connexions i reflexi\u00f3, en deducci\u00f3 i raonament; especialment en fraccions, percentatges, proporcions i geometria de l&#8217;espai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta caiguda \u00e9s generalitzada i afecta la majoria de pa\u00efsos on s&#8217;han fet les proves. Fets com la pand\u00e8mia de la covid-19 hi han tingut a veure, per\u00f2 hi ha altres causes estructurals que cal atendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si b\u00e9 les darreres proves de compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques que ha fet el&nbsp;<strong>Consell Superior d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 de Catalunya<\/strong>&nbsp;mostren un cert canvi de la tend\u00e8ncia a la baixa d&#8217;anys anteriors, cal una intervenci\u00f3 decidida en el conjunt del sistema educatiu. El Programa Florence s&#8217;emmarca en aquest pla de millora competencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per qu\u00e8 Florence?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>En homenatge a<strong>&nbsp;Florence Nightingale<\/strong>&nbsp;(1820-1910), infermera, escriptora i estadista brit\u00e0nica pionera de la sanitat moderna, que va contribuir significativament a desenvolupar models matem\u00e0tics en la sanitat p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I en qu\u00e8 consisteix?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lloc, s&#8217;interpreten i analitzen els resultats que han obtingut els alumnes del centre que participa en aquest Programa a les proves externes de diagnosi del Consell Superior d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 del Sistema Educatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir d&#8217;aquesta informaci\u00f3, es dissenya un pla d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 al centre, que inclou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suport a aspectes organitzatius, metodol\u00f2gics i d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increment de les hores de matem\u00e0tiques entre 1 i 4 hores setmanals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formaci\u00f3 del professorat i acompanyament.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creaci\u00f3 de la figura de referent de centre en matem\u00e0tiques a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria: n&#8217;hi haur\u00e0 12, un per cada un dels serveis territorials, i ser\u00e0 una persona que triar\u00e0 el propi centre i que rebr\u00e0 formaci\u00f3 i acompanyament espec\u00edfic, at\u00e8s que no hi ha especialista en matem\u00e0tiques en aquesta etapa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recursos i materials: guies did\u00e0ctiques, activitats, orientacions, etc.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lliurament als centres participants d&#8217;una maleta amb material pr\u00e0ctic que ajudi a entendre millor les matem\u00e0tiques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quants cursos acad\u00e8mics abasta el Programa?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El Programa Florence t\u00e9 una durada de tres cursos acad\u00e8mics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inici:<\/strong>&nbsp;curs 2024-2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finalitzaci\u00f3:<\/strong>&nbsp;curs 2026-2027<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Normativa<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=984322\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Acord GOV\/89\/2024, de 24 d&#8217;abril,(Obre en una nova finestra)<\/a>pel qual es crea el Programa temporal Florence per a la millora de la compet\u00e8ncia matem\u00e0tica de l&#8217;alumnat de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica (DOGC n\u00fam. 9151, de 26.4.2024)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc21dabril-aldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu913\/2025\/03\/logo-florence.png_1130349558.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc21dabril-aldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu913\/2025\/03\/logo-florence.png_1130349558.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10669\" style=\"width:640px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc21dabril-aldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu913\/2025\/03\/logo-florence.png_1130349558.png 750w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/esc21dabril-aldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu913\/2025\/03\/logo-florence.png_1130349558-300x90.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest curs ens hem iniciat al programa Florence, un projecte innovador dedicat a potenciar l\u2019aprenentatge de les matem\u00e0tiques.
