Per fer-ho hem apr\u00e8s a utilitzar un mapa,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>una br\u00faixola i els fulls de control. Treballant aquest contingut hem pogut con\u00e8ixer que existeix una competici\u00f3 esportiva anomenada cursa d\u2019orientaci\u00f3. Ara ja sabem que les curses d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 tenen diferents modalitats, ja que hi ha esportistes que les fan a peu, en bicicleta, esquiant, individualment, en grup, en relleus, etc. Tamb\u00e9 sabem que aquestes curses es poden fer a la muntanya o en un bosc, en una ciutat, en un parc o a altres llocs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: CA;\">Nosaltres les primeres sessions d\u2019aquesta Unitat Did\u00e0ctica les vam fer orientant-nos i buscant fites pel pati de l\u2019escola.
