Els nens i les nenes de P4 treballem la relaxaci\u00f3 a psicomotricitat.\u00a0 A vegades ho fem a trav\u00e9s de jocs, altres escoltant m\u00fasica tranquil\u00b7litzant.<\/p>\n

Fins i tot ho fem practicant alguna figura de ioga! Ens encanta representar animals com el gat, el gos o l\u2019abella. Fent-ho estirem molts de m\u00fasculs i de mica en mica comencem a con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s el nostre cos i les nostres emocions.<\/p>\n
