Aquests \u00faltims dies, l\u2019alumnat de cicle infantil i primer hem estat treballant els bols tibetans.<\/p>\n

Els bols tibetans s\u00f3n un instrument de metall en forma de bol. Sonen en copejar-los o fregar-los amb diferents tipus de palets o baquetes. Aquests produeixen un so harm\u00f2nic que serveix per relaxar-se. Tamb\u00e9 sabem que prov\u00e9 de la muntanya del Tibet.<\/p>\n

Per poder con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s a fons l\u2019instrument, ens hem fet uns massatges vibracionals entre nosaltres, que consistien a posar-nos el bol sobre la panxa i sentir la vibraci\u00f3 que fa. Hem arribat a la conclusi\u00f3 que ens fa una mica de pessigolles!<\/p>\n
